Legacy Vacation Homes (Disney Area Pool Homes)

The house was very nice. We had ordered a 4 bedroom house, but got a 5 bedroom house. Two of the bedrooms were queen size beds or larger and 3 of the bedrooms had 2 twin beds each in them. The couch in the living room could even be pulled out to make another bed. There were only a few minor issues but they took care of them by 8 am the next day (smoke detector chirping, lightbulb burned out). All minor things that they wouldnt know about since they dont live there. A burner on the electric stove did not work and the bulb in the oven did not work. Be sure to bring soaps and shampoo as they do not provide them. The pool was nice, but this particular house did not have a hot tub (356 Belfry Drive), which is not a big deal but would have been nice to sit in at night. This house is about 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center, but an easy drive. If I am coming to Orlando for more than 3 days, I will always consider a house with Legacy it is much better than any hotel by far.

Nice, clean and comfortable but terrible communication with mgmt. I had to call the before arriving to get directions and instructions as how to find the condo and then how to gain entry. This is a gated community and the entry code numbers that were provided were incorrect. I had to wait for another resident and then sneak in behind them. Thankfully I had no problem accessing the room and was able to call mgmt. the next day for the proper code. Other than that, a nice, clean and spacious condo and even with the checkin problems I would stay there again.

The house was very nice. All the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the garage/gameroom. The pool table was a small version and only had 1 pool cue. The air hockey table did not provide enough air for the puch to move and the dart board did not have any useable darts. I understand that these are all extras and it did not take away from how nice the house was.

I chose 2BR/2BA because of no house cleaning add-on. upon check-in they had a fee and charged my card. Room also was not very clean and had bugs. The management did gracefully move me to another location immediately upon my complaints, but did charge the cleaning fee. Second location was great!!

This was the first time we have rented a house. We will definately do it again. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was the best part. If you want to cook take your own pans. Pans are provided but they are very old (I imagine good ones get taken). Also take your own toilet paper, paper towels, things like that. Plenty of bed linin and towels were provided. This was a great experience. So much more comfortable, larger, and private than a hotel room or suite. Plus a privite, enclosed pool. We are recommending this to our friends.

Legacy Vacation Homes was the best value for my money I have ever had. The house was above my expectations, rented a 3 br got a 4 br. Everything was very clean including the pool. Fully stocked kitchen utensils which made cooking easy and saved on the food bill. Close by to all the resorts, no more than 15 minutes to any of them. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely do it again.

The home that we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. I have a ten year old son and I thought he may get bored the times we were at the house instead of explorind Florida; however, the pool table, air hockey and play station kept him very occupied. Also, having our own pool, with no time restraints, was very nice. We really enjoyed the stay and would use Legacy Homes again.
