Excellent!!, my husband & I and our grandson have a wonderful experience ,the condo was well stocked and have everything we need ,except there was not enough toilet paper. We would enjoy a future visit to your property.

We were expecting to be at a house not a town house so we felt a little mislead. The house was clean but there was no extra trash bags. The water pressure was nill. The tub never had enough hot water to even come close to filling up. The biggest complaint is that there was no management there except for very limited hours in the afternoon. We were unable to use the pool due to the other teenagers in the area. On the first day we went to the pool they were sticking their hands down their pants and chasing other around telling them to smell their fingers then talking very explicitly about acts they had performed. The second day we tried again but they were having contests as to who could beat the heck out of the other. Not exactly behavior I want to deal with on my vacation or feel like I should have to play police to.

We wanted something close to Disney, so it was close enough and very roomy. It does look like new development, so there where still some things unfinished on the property, like storage unit right in the parking lot and unfinished pond. We used to leave early and come back late, so it did not bother us too much. Everything else worked just fine, but furniture downstairs could have less stains. overall is good value for the money!

We got an extremely great price because we went during the off season. The house was great and the pool was too! Try to pay for pool heat up front or in cash before you leave the condo the day you arrive. It is welll worth it during the colder months. Neighborhood was really nice and everything went great! Def stay there again :)

We stayed with three small children in a 4BR house for 4 nights. It was perfect! The private pool was a blast and it was so great to have a full kitchen and different rooms for everyone. I would go there again in a heartbeat. The house was very clean and well kept. The two queen beds weren't very comfortable, but that was our only complaint. The staff (we only needed to contact them once with a question) was quick to answer and helpful. There isn't any extra toilet paper or paper towels, but buying some toilet paper is a good tradeoff compared to having to spend 4 nights in a hotel room with all my kids! I didn't do much cooking there but the kitchen seemed stocked with enough pots and pans and utensils for any basic cooking needs.

We book our home and made sure I had my I's dotted and ts crossed insurance etc. Received my location 24 hour before I left mapped out it out left Pa in the am around 5 am. while in SC I received an email and phone call that I had to call the office asap due to our home changing. So on the road I had to find good enough service to down load our new location. Which was father away form the parks than what our first home was Oh anddidn't have a whirlpool. We arrived the the kids wanted to swim when we arrived but pool was not clean or circulating . I cleaned the pool in the am then allowed the kids to swim it was 70 degrees and turned the kids blue so I placed the cover on the pool to heat up the pool with out paying 25.00 a day for heat. The pool guy came a threw the cover on the pools area cement around the pool not rolling plieing the solar cover and didn't even clean (vacuum) the pool out leaving dirt on the bottom of the pool. I feel if your paying 900.00 or so for the home you should have the pool filter going 24 while you have guest. I spent over 100.00 a day for that home, Were as I will be going to fl again, I will be booking at the celebration in Kissimmee which I inspected while down there for 45.00 a day with the same amount of bed closer to the parks, kitchen , and Clean warmer pool. Other than that our trip way great!

We loved the house we rented! Perfect option for a family traveling with small children. Would easily book again - highly recommended.

the house we got looked spacious and clean. The only thing that bothered me were broken shades in the bedroom with windows looking on the main street. This place was close to huge wal-mart where you can do shopping.

This is PERFECT for large families or people who like to cook their own food and not get stuck with high cost restaurant bills every day. PAY ATTENTION TO OTHER REVIEWS - you need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. just like you were renting a house. We stayed in Solara development in Davenport. Location was PERFECT as you are west of all the Disney traffic! Couldnt have receive a better location. Development was very nice and you can share amenities with other owners. Only complaint- the mattresses were horrible. They were hard and very "crunchy". Loved having a pool and large space so everyone could spread out. I would rent again!
