Legacy Vacation Homes (Disney Area Pool Homes)

Arrived with my family around 5:00 to find my rental house occupied. Legacy did not provide a office address and the phone number provided said the office was closed. Finally called an emergency maintance number and left a message by this time I had found another place to stay. Poor customer service and attitude.

Was good, but one thing, i find 3 spiders on walls on second floor, they are clean, about spider i guess is because that area where they are located,, not complain, close to the parks, about 10 minutes, thnks, i will get them on my next trip.

Our overall experience was very positive. The only complaints we had were very small ones. The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable, not a good night sleep the whole stay. And the shower head had good pressure but not a good "shower" spray. Also the pool area was not open late enough in the evening, so we only got to use it once. Other then that it was like being at home, plenty of room for privacy and not being in each others space. Also the full kitchen was nice to eat a healthy breakfast before going to the parks, beaches and shopping. And also to have cold drinks and snacks later in the evening.

I went to my grandson's high school graduation and wanted to send time with all 3 grandchildren. I couldn't have asked for anything better. There was a pool for them and plenty of space for 6 people. We cooked, eat and had the best time. My grand daughters cried and didn' t want to leave. The house had everything you needed with shopping a short distance away. We will be back.

My family rented a nice condo near Disney world. Clean, rather quick response to cooler a/c settings. Expect to rent house/condo for future vacations as no one else enters during our stay unless service is requested. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. *Needs newer knives in the kitchen (steak knife split from wooden handle almost caused puncture injury to hand and a washable paint on all walls for easier care, as walls were scuffed by other travelers in dining room and staircase.

We went to Florida with a 3 1/2 year old and 5 month old needing to stay in a house for a week...Legacy Vacation Homes was incredible! We paid for a 3 bedroom house and we got 4!!!! Incredible pool in the back yard with the house completely stocked with everything we needed. We had an issue with the alarm but called the emergency number after hours and got assistance right away. The house had an alarm on the oatio door that sounded when someone would go out to the pool which eased our worries with our 3 1/2 year old trying to go out there by himself. This house made our vacation memorable and a definate plus being only 15 minutes away from Disney World! We will definatelt recommend Legacy and will book with them in the future!

From the description we expected a newer, upscale condo or home. What we got was old, cheaply built with shabby furnishings, and in need of maintenance and an upgrade. A garbage can was on the front porch with instructions for the guests to bag and place all garbage in it and place can on street on pick up day. Threatening notes for guests were posted in condo, e.g. don't adjust thermostat or you will be charged. Condo was in small ring of what appeared to be permanent residents with drainage pond in center. A long ways from what was advertised. Cleaning fee advertised as $70 but we were billed $82 (the night before we arrived).

This was the best place I stayed so far in Florida. Perfect for big families and very affordable.

The legacy home was beyond our expectations. There were 4 bedrooms instead of 3. There were stores and shopping malls just minutes away. Everything was so conveinient. The pool was cold so just ask for heat up before you arrive. The home was the best part of our vacation.

well, the location was far away, i read the reviews and i expected to clean things by myself, but so far, it is a really good place to stay, store near by, i will stay here again the next time i go to florida, the bad stuff is that you dont have any person to talk in case of something, the pool was cold so that was a bit of waste of money. The house is really big, i really like it, i will recommend it to anyone, it is not like a hotel, they dont clean the house while your stay.
