Love this house...
Nice place...the stores are not too far and all the attractions are about 15 minutes drive, quite place..my kids love the privated pool...the master room is beautyfull with a king bed... a house that I will move in second..went to aquatica and seaworld...Edcot and Magic Kindon... and Florida Mall love this place.. clean house...love it,love it...

this house could use a few items, has no internet , small tvs, the cable only has afew channels in english and most of them was news

Family vacation
I would not recommend anyone to use them if you you want a chance at enjoying your vacation. My biggest complaint is about the pool. The water stayed hot the entire stay. The pool at this home had a thousand of bugs in it. It even had what look like floating substance in pool. I called the home manager who at first said that a pool service person would be here the day before I left who never showed up. Then she said as long as the pool is not green, i should be be able to use. I invited her to bring her kids over for a swim.

horrible home /hotel management staff
The house looks great ouside and inside, but the bed sheets are old and beat up, the staff that manage the rental were not friendly, very rude, inconsiderate, and not helpfull at all. Thier check out time were so early and wound not consider even few minutes late check out where in it was posted on thier rental property that you can have a leave late with min fee. The carpets were dirty and the garage has a lot junk in there, Needs new management staff.

Clean, well equipped house, driving required
Our house was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped for every family need. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool worked well. The only slight disappointment was the location that required driving approximetly 10 minutes to local shopping and 20-30 minutes to recreational and entertainment venues. Because I know the area well, it was not difficult to negotiate, but a first time visitor may become frustrated.

Out side of house was not well maintained cooking utensils are old televisions are old. We had buy our own wash cloths.

1. I had booked a single family home in Kissimmie near Orlando FL. about one month back. [...] I was finally given a townhouse with no internet connection and private pool. It was very disappointing to me.

I Had No Idea!!!!!
This was my first stay at a vacation home. It was wonderful. I was traveling with my family of 10 and just thought why not try this versus a hotel. Great choice!!! Nice clean house that included your basics for cooking and so on. The kids enjoyed everything about it from the pool to the game room. I am definitely booking again. The only thing I did not like was the location. It was on Hwy 27. It was not a long drive but wish there were more around. The neighborhood was well kept and the home beautiful. I am satisfied.
