Enjoyable Stay. Staff was very attentive and responded quickly. Breakfast buffet was great!

Easy to enter and exit for driver's. Allways recieved the right info at the right time. The breakfast was good an d the staff was friendly and allways helpfull.

I decided to stay at this hotel due to the free shuttle to the theme parks. If you decide to do the same, then you will be surprised when you get there. The shuttle is not provided by the hotel but it is a public transportation that stops by other hotels and runs through certain hours and picks up late in the evening. So if you want to leave and get picked up at a certain time or when you feel you are done, you will have to wait until around the parks are closed. Pretty much you have to be at the park the entire day. After the first shuttle run, my wife and I decided to fork out the parking fees and pay for the rest of our stay. If you have the cleaners clean your room while you are out, they will just fix the sheets and replenish the towels and toiletries. They would rarely vacuum nor would they be courteous to return the night stand to its proper place. The free breakfast is sufficient for your morning hunger. It definitely beats spending around $8-$10 per person and to look for a place to eat. You wake up and go down stairs to grab something to eat then you are good until you leave to go to the parks. The staff members are very nice. Although, they advertise the bed as king it feels like two twin beds together while laying on cardboard. I did not mind the hotel room since we were there for the morning and late evening. We'd mostly be out the entire day.

To start, this a great location a mile in any direction you find stuff to do. Shopping, Dining, Entertainment, and Disney. Most importantly, however, I have not had a mattress in any hotel this bad. If you know what an egg dish looks like with the scallopped spots for the egg; the mattress is the dish and you are the egg. I dont know about you but I don't sleep well in a hole with springs poking at you in various spots. On a different topic, the shower was OK until you notice your standing in six inches of water. I do not believe this to be isolated to just our room as I watched the Maintenance person knocking on several doors each morning. Just a few thoughts that should be shared with the hotel chain.

My stay here wasn't what I expected to experience. There was a beautiful lobby, peaceful or deco, and tranquility.

Nothing to complain really. Reasonably priced. Clean place. Free WiFi, breakfast. It even has a printing room.

Me and my fiancee check in thursday evening. I booked everything thru orbitz. When we got to the front desk I gave my name and in seconds got my room and keys very efficiently. The hotel was very clean and spacious. Had amble parking for guest. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Front desk guy gave us a list of restuarants and bars in the area which was very helpful. There was also an outlet right across the street from the hotel and along the strip of that road were tons of shops and restuarants as well. The only complaint I would make is that both elevator smelled of meldew. Besides that I would come and stay here again.

I was there for business, but the hotel was a great deal as usual for the Holiday Inn Express's I have stayed in both in US and Asia.

I love staying at Holiday Inn Express whenever I travel because of the nice, cozy beds and the assortment of pillows (from hard to soft - it even states that on the pillowcases). They also have a full, hot breakfast. Not just donuts and coffee. I'm talking biscuits and gravy, pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs...the list goes on. Very nice to wake up to. It is very conveniently located to Old Town and Medieval Times. The only problems I had were the room keys quit working at 10:30 am and checkout is at 11:00 am. And the hairdryer quick working about 2 minutes after turning it on. All in all a very nice stay.
