Pretty place rude customer service

This place is very pretty and big. However the front desk customer service is rude and unfriendly. From the outside it looks pretty but in the inside there is no room cleaning and they clean until you check out. This did not ruin my trip because we didn't stay in the hotel all the time but for visitors who visit the hotel should rethink if they want to stay here.

The hotel was huge so much on the premises to do that you didn't need to leave to have fun..rooms comfortable&clean, grounds very well kept, many shops, restaurants(reasonably priced). They also offered many daily activities for kids&adults free.. I loved it I would go back every year.I went alone for this trip but I will bring the entire family for every future visit..in fact I bought a timeshare there, thats how much I loved it..great place you need to visit this place so you can see for yourself:)

Perfect Couples Holiday

Excellent resort. The amenities are brilliant. There was a pool area for whatever type of experience you were looking for. The room was lovely and modern. Our freezer didnt freeze items for us though. That was our only problem. Location is perfect, it is away form the busy area of International Drive but it is still close to all the parks and shopping malls.

Disapointed

Our Villa was near the entrance and highway. Garbage cans left at the elevators on each level sometimes over spilling. Saw a rat cross on the pathway near the elevator. When I expressed my unhappiness with the hotel they refused us an early check out. Called twice to help and they said they could not help since the reservation was binding. The main area where there was restaurants, pool, lazy river was a mile away. They do have shuttle buses. Plus side, room was very spacious, had washer and dryer. The resort did have a nice common area with pool lazy river with good restaurants. They charged $9 per person to use the lazy river and slide even though at check in they charged a $17.50 per day resort fee up front.

Universal Getaway

Super condo. Upon checkin we had to see the timeshare person to cash our $20 coupon. Once he found out we were not interested in a time share, our $20 coupon vanished, and our free use of the lazy river was gone. When I asked where it went, he said it was an either/or offer. No timeshare tour, no nothing else.

HOT DAYS IN AUGUST

Hotel offers amenities GALORE. Loved our stay here with the exception of checking into a quesitonalby clean bathroom. Called for housekeeping - waiting quite some time for reclean - was very satisfied then. Requested towels - no washclothes available until our 3rd day. Somewhat understood considering the size of the place - they might think about replacing their towels and linens though. They might also think about not calling everyday early in the morning about their sales pitch either. Should also make designated smoking areas and not inside the confines of the pool. Otherwise - great fun for adults & kids.

Universal Studios quite the busy place - not much but shopping - Islands of Adventure is awesome. Legoland a bit further drive - but great park on a small scale. Any Lego fan must see Miniland.

Great Resort, a little far from the parks

This place has practically everything you could want from a resort. If you have a car, the locations distance to the parks is negligable, just leave early to avoid the traffic. If your plan is to take hotel schuttle transport to and from the parks, the transport here is not free and the distance might make you want to choose a closer hotel
