Devoted Soccer Dad
Great for the value, Awesome Staff & Good Location.
We visited Orlando for a soccer tournament our son had, we were only a few minutes away from the park and restaurants. Before we arrived Jimmy was helpful and solved a questions/situation we had that was a major concern, he also expedited my check in over the phone to make it easier when I arrived, the next day he greeted me by my first and last name and reassured me that if I need anything to please ask. All of the staff was very helpful, polite, and friendly and greeted me with a smile form the night I arrived to when I left. They accommodated everything as best as possible and answered any questions as soon as possible. I recommend this Hotel; it fits our teams’ needs and especially our budgets.

There is a good continental breakfast in the hotel, Denny’s is right across the street from the hotel and the Golden Corral is only 10-15 minutes away, and with a hungry soccer team, you get the "most bang for the buck" there is something for everyone and all they want of it.

Nice for the $
The hotel was clean. It looks like they have just renovated the place. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Competition Location
The Manager was great. From the moment we walked in the door, his friendly personality had us smiling and in a great mood. He wished my girls good luck in their competition and made them feel special. The room was clean but the air conditioner was quite loud but it did cool down the room. It was in a perfect location for the Silver Spur Arena where the competition was held. Being next to a McDonalds was an extra bonus. All in all, a good value.

Reasonable, a bit dated
Not a bad place to start a Florida holiday after having touched down in Orlando or Sanford. Place could be great but is a bit dated and not everything was in good working order (like the coffeemaker). Staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. Breakfast definitely was above average and it was great to be able to sit outside and eat!

Quick Visit w/Family
Was able to get a low rate when booking (which has not always been the case). Price/value for room was appropriate and worth staying this time. Front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodated my needs.

Good for the Money
When I got there, we had 4 rooms reserved. The hotel staff lost the resrvation for one room. It got sorted out fine. Three rooms were fine. The fourth room smelled like cigarettes eventhough we specifically asked for non-smoking rooms. I was dispappointed.

Christmas getaway

rooms were average, water had a cistern-like smell to it. Staff checking us in (Kelly) was wonderful & very helpful.
