Eat a free hot breakfast then jump on the free shuttle to theme parks
The Galleria Palms Orlando is budget in price but boutique in feel. This Kissimmee hotel keeps stylish quarters and amenities every family appreciates during vacation: a hot breakfast and free shuttles to area theme parks, including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Palm trees lining the perimeter of the property establish a tropical feel, but inside is anything but. Handsome rooms bear rich mahogany wood furniture and upgrade like flat-screen TVs and rainfall showerheads.

Just Oke... worth 75 bucks
Location is nice, continental breakfast was nice, rooms were nice but tiny, don't rely on shuttle services (specially for coming back from the parks), additional 6 bucks hotel charges were a loot....

galleria palms two thumbs down
The positive first. our hotel room was very clean. My wife jas run a cleaning business for over 10 years and she was impressed. Other than that I cant say many good things about the place. It is NOT a resort. There is nothing resort like about this place except their 30 dollar resort fee. The free breakfast was far from decent. The night time hotel attendant was just a strange rude guy. on our last day we caught him peeking at us while we were leaving. He was hiding between 2 cars. We think he went to the room after after we checked out and took the tip we left for the cleaning crew. Did not get good vibes from him. He also walked around in a t shirt and sandals. Didnt smile or say hello time

ok then...
We were there for Disney world. The hotel location is nice, about 15 minutes away from the hotel, close to restaurants and gift shops.The room was exactly the same as photos on their website. We were disappointed at their guest service and would probably stay at a different hotel even though the location and hotel room was nice.

Short walk from hotel
Discount shops were everywhere on Hwy 192, which is main street. If you want to buy some Disney gifts or Orlando gifts, just go one of the shops. It is a lot cheaper than Disney world or other retails and they are good stuff!

the hotel was a bad one
we went to disney but it rained for the three remaining days so we stayed at the hotel it was not a nice hotel the breakfast was poor it was also far from disney world

Nice and Easy access from Disney
Visited Disney and it is not too far from the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was good thing to get as it saves a good bit of time in morning. Staff was good, hotel was decent clean.

conference hotel
Hotel is nice, if hard to find. Right outside Disney, easy access to the park, plenty of typical tourist shops nearby. The staff is fine, but don't expect them to go out of their way for you.

Nice Hotel for the Price
Great value - convenient location to Disney and nice breakfast included with stay. Used to be a Hampton Inn.

GALLERIA PALMS ORLANDO JUNE 2011
Room was not clean - bathroom dirty - hair on the floor. Tub and toilet broken, as well as the toilet paper holder. Many stains on the floor. The "gym" was a disgrace - only contained one old, dirty treadmill and one ten pound dumbell. I chose this specifically to have gym access. The front desk hand wrote down my credit card I chose specifically info on a piece of paper and would not return to me the next day until I insisted - very unprofessional and a security risk.

Would not stay there again
The hotel rooms were very small and the housekeeping lacked. The breakfast was ok, the shuttles came back to early from the parks and we had a large amount of charges added to our bill at check out

Bit better than average
This was an affordable hotel a bit better than average. The room was clean. However, the common areas of the hotel could use a good cleaning overall. The reception of the television was poor. The complimentary breakfast buffet was adequate; but, far less than other hotels in similar category. The location is good with all the entertainmant and dining you could ever want near by.
