Flamingo Waterpark Hotel

This was a really fun and comfortable hotel. My 9 year old daughter loved the waterpark and games room. Close to nearby attractions and dining. I would stay here again.

Overall it was a good experience. The room was clean. The water park was nice. The price was really nice. We stayed for four nights. My kids and I had a great time.

Rooms are old and dirty. Was supposed to stay a week but stayed 1 day and didn't want to stay that long. Slept in our cloths. I wouldn't stay there again if it was free. $6 per day motel service fee (don't know what that's for) and $15 per room to use water park. Don't do it. Find a different place now and you won't waste 2 days of your vacation doing it later.

Hotel looks nothing like the website.. rooms was dirty, had roaches in the room... exercise room out of service the entire time..room unsafe..two towels and a room four guest. Buffet food to greasy looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The only positive outcome from my hotel experience is the worker julio at the front desk that was going out of his way to make my stay as comfortable as he can...also the maintence guy george who fix one our problems extremely fast...

Our stay was not terrible. It just had a bad start. We had ordered a room with a hot tub but the original room we got did not have one. They fixed that soon enough. Only two towels. I approve of being eco friendly and green, but at least give some towels for throwing on the floor when you step out of the hot tub. Being tile throughout, it made it darn near dangerous. The tub, on the other hand, was great. That was basically the only thing we really needed aside from the bed. Very relaxing. I think the place would be great for a family getaway or a couples retreat. the water park looked like it may have been fun, but at 45 - 50 degrees, not going to get me into it. No problem there as it was too cold to even open. all in all, not too bad, as long as you get a good deal. The only other problem, and this is still ongoing, is that we got charged by oweb site where we found the deal, and the hotel. The hotel is still in process of returning the funds. We'll see.

Water park closed some days we were there. Rooms are run down, bathrooms in bad shape. No lounge like advertised. Charged me $6/day more on top of what I paid you Hallways dirty.

I like the hotel but I just didn't like all the hidden fees.

It was close to where we needed to be, niceblobby, decent room.. great for price.

Booked the 2 queen beds room. The room was very clean and larger than expected. Only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 was because their waterpark was supposed to be open till 5pm, but it wasn't. I was told they closed early. We didn't get to use the waterpark at all but still had to pay the $15 resort/waterpark fee. Overall, I would stay there again.

Hotel door to room took all I had to open it and was very hard and loud to shut. Room 4107. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Used resturant too and was good, bar staff, water park staff was all very kind. Was disappointed I wasnt allowed to change rooms by front desk stating my reservation was made for "that room". The place needs some TLC. few pool chairs were safe to use. Dryrotting on most. Place needs some paint too and needs to clean up the weeds cigg butts around hotel.
