Dirty hotel but cheap...location fairly sketchy but close enough to Disney

My experiece was great. i had an emergency which caused me to evacuated my home. this place was clean and great value.

I'd say the room was adequate for the money, but still a little dirty. There was a dead roach by the door upon arriving. There was also hair and a gross film lining the bathtub. Towels were thin and stained as were the pillow cases. I didn't have extremely high expectations so I didn't need to leave because of it, but I could see how some people would have high tailed it out of there! It might be worth it to pay just a little more for a cleaner room somewhere else.

This hotel is just an average stay. We booked it on line, and it was just a spot to stay the night before our flight out of Orlando the next morning. It is simply a place to bed down and is nothing more. We were looking for a cheap hotel and got what we paid for. The rooms do have a musty smell as a result of being in Florida. The breakfast was available, but was minimal. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 a.m., but the front desk lady didn't show up until 20 minutes later and, therefore, breakfast wasn't even ready until 6:30. According to the maintenance man that came down for coffee at the same time, this is a normal occurance there. I would not recommend it for anything more than just a pass through. Although I wasn't there for any of the attractions, it did seem to be in close proximity to many of them.

Very good experience.I would say if you want to keep budget in your hand you must stay.

We were simply looking for somewhere to sleep during an overnight trip to Orlando. We were very pleased with what we found, especially for the low price we paid. Very happy! We will return!

The room smells like wet and fungus growing. The air conditioner makes noise. The refrigerator did not work. I bought a box of ice cream and put in the freezer. Most of it was melted next day. Renovation is needed.

A staff member was really rude the moment I walked in the door! She made an error with mine and husband's debit card. We were short extra cash on our trip due to her mistake. The hoel manager was very nice as to trying to solve our issue. the room look unclean, and the water smelled really bad and it was coming out a brownish color.! I do Not recommend!! It's really close to disney i think that's all that was great about it..

great value on a large and overall comfortable room. nice room, but it is due for a remodel or at least some major maintenance. However, for the price, it was an exceptional deal. Will definitely stay again.

Do not take the room price listed seriously. You will be charged an additional $8.95 per night at check in. Rooms are pretty clean and bed is comfortable but I would never stay again based on the extra fee and the surly desk person. (The fee is noted online as you book but easy to miss on a small cell phone screen when booking quickly) The hotel would be better served to add this fee in to their room price. I am apparently not the first person to question it as the desk person became quite rude when I asked him what it was for.
