Won't be staying here again!
The overall hotel was alright breakfast included oatmeal, toast, or corn flakes which got very boring after the first two days. The staff was nice and accommodating but the beds in the rooms were aweful! There was a plastic tarp laid over the mattress with a loose fitted sheet over it which came off the corners an made that crinkling noise all night any time you moved. So that was not comfortable at all and the free shuttle service is just a grumpy bus driver who on several occasions took off before people had fully boarded and had to chase after him

Nice change

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I called to ask questions about the hotel before booking. The staff was RUDE and had NO PEOPLE SKILL. I want to be in a fun positive enviroment and have a great time during vacation. If you want to be in a BAD MOOD because the first people you see when you start your day are RUDE people, then this is the right hotel!!

Hard to express how bad... we left after first night!
#1: when we shut the door- the front of the A/C unit fell off! #2: phone in room didn't work #3: only 2 towels for a 4 person room (then had to sign our life away to get extra towels) #4: FILTHY floor- we all wore shoes the entire day we were there... NO BARE FEET ALLOWED- Mom's rule! #5: NOT in a good area #6: Building labeled as having ice on every floor- only found machines on 1 and 3... 3 was out of ice and 1 had black stuf coming out of the machine along with the ice. #7: still in process of trying to get 2nd night refunded (because we left and went to a MUCH better hotel)... hard to contact management... were not "available" to take calls when we were told they would be. DON'T STAY HERE! TRUST ME!

Just Wanna Have Fun
Bare Neccesities
No microwave, no refrigerator, noisy heater, no tv remote, no facial tissues.Carpet looked relatively clean.Turned back the bedspread and there were two large stains that looked like blood. Sheets appeared clean, but could not sleep on them since top sheet had been in contact with bedspread. Got instant service once reported, but bedding incidence caused reassessment of everything concerning the room and caused uneasiness. Drapes did not extend to cover the width of the window, allowing viewing inside from the outside when closed. Furniture drawers had an old, stale smell. Very limited continental breakfast selection.

Location is the best!
Close to major freeways and restaurants in the area. Offers the basics for tourists to Orlando. For the price per room, is a very good deal.
