Great Location at a Great Price
We found the room fresh, clean and smelled good. Ample room for our needs. Great free Wi-Fi. Continental breakfast was more than adequate to get the day started. Ample parking, good pool, and pleasant, helpful employees. What more could you ask for at a fantastic rate.

Affordable place to stay
This is a good place to stay in kissimmee. It is not far from all major attractions. The place is quiet and safe. Staff are nice and helpful. Good enough for the price.

Nice 3 night getaway
My wife and I went to Disney for 2 days, this hotel was the perfect price-value combo. We basically spent the night in the hotel and we were out all day. The room was extremely small but suited our needs completely. Cleanliness was not a problem. It's close to Disney, there is a Walmart nearby and breakfast is complimentary. If you are looking for a budget getaway... this place is perfect.

Nice Stay
The room was very clean, nice large bed. The room is kinda small as far as space, but was more than adequate. The location is abit difficult to find, but would definately stay at the same location again.

Very good place for the price
The room was small but other than that everything else was good. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was fantastic (again a small breakfast place). It was very difficult to find the hotel since the name of the hotel on the board was smaller than their ad for low rates!! But definitely good for the rates. We stayed there for 2nights and I would have stayed longer if needed. Highly recommed this hotel to anyone looking for a cheaper stay to go to the Disney world.

Value for Money
We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. Room was maintained very clean. Breakfast was good for the price. Staff was courteous and helpful. Supermarket(Publix), Super Target, Restaurants and Gift shops were easily accessible. But, it is difficult to find. They need better Sign-board (hint-it is behind McDonalds). And all Disney parks within 15 minute drive from it.

I was a little skeptical at first seeing as how the room was a total of around 44 bucks, but when I arrived the area was nice, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the nice lady at the counter let us sleep in and not check out until 1pm! All in all, I would definitely stay here again. Great place, nice staff, close to everything. Great experience
