Destiny Palms Hotel Maingate West a 3 Palms Hotel

Upon arrival Chuck was near front desk as we were checking in with a very courteous General Manager and Chuck kept chimning in. He seemed very unprofessional with the way he spoke to staff as he yelled at them on numerous occasions in front of guests. Once again General Manager was great. This other guy is the Resort Manager. Otherwise all is good at this hotel. Within minutes from Walt Disney World.

After staying here for a short vacation in the area, I stayed at an up-scale hotel on business. The hotel cost more than 4X as much, had a worse bed, and charged for the internet and parking. If you want to be in the Kissimee area, this is a great value.

Location is not good, caused me a lot of gas money. The complimentary continental breakfast is fine, there were varieties, but you have to toast your own bread and bagel, and pancakes were told by the personnel need to be "microwaved." In general, the staff was good, after all there was someone there to tell you pancakes need to be microwaved. The furniture is old, but our room comes with microwave, icon, mini fridge, which is good considering we only paid for around 45 bucks for the room.

For the price of the room, my one night stay was too good to be true. I've paid more for rooms that were dirtier and the staff wasn't friendly at all. But this room was very clean, my check-in was smooth, and my overall experience was simply pleasant! I cannot wait to stay here again.

Fantastic value for the money. Room was super clean, pool was nice, free wi-fi, attentive staff and a continental breakfast included. Couldn't ask for more, will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Orlando.

Hotel was good, the staff was friendly. Room's small but cozy, bed's confortable, bath's little tiny with pocket door but's O.K. if you just need place to sleep and take shower. Breakfast's same everyday, but you can choose different item for each days. My family was happy, kids like to stay this hotel, we will be back next time.

Loved this hotel! The staff including manager Chuck treated us like we were family and went out of their way to accommodate us! Can't wait to go back again, also a great bargain!!

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to families, the staff was super great and very helpful. The rooms were maintained very well and the location as to the parks and highways were very close.

The room was a bit small with having a King size bed. The furniture closet was small for a stay of three nights. One nighter it is ok. Need a newer carpet it was stained and patched. Clock/radio wasn't working but was replaced as soon as we informed the front desk. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows. Its location was good we could walk out the front door and had Houlihans, McDonalds and a 7Eleven. A bit further just across the side street was Bruno's Pizza Italian Restaurant. The continental breakfast that was offered was not unlike most small hotels, self service along w/ coffee, tea rolls, muffins waffles(toaster) ok we guess since we did not partake of it.The staff was very pleasant and willing to assist you whenever needed. The pool was nice. We recommended this to a family friend who happens to live at the townhouses near by for visitors. We would use this place again.

front counter man was impolite, insisted on a "resort fee" even though all fees were paid at time of booking. Would have gone to another hotel , but was just to tired.
