Destiny Palms Hotel Maingate West a 3 Palms Hotel

The hotel was nice and cheap, the staff was helpfull and the room was clean. Disney was 10 minutes driving.

Nice hotel, nice staff and close to disney parks, like 15 minutes driving.

We have a nice time in this hotel, the staff was helpfull and the room was very good. If you have a car you can go to disney park in 15 minutes.

The hotel manager was good in trying to help. But we got in late and had problems with the tv and he was in our room 1130 at night. That night I noticed dirty pocket door to bathroom and dirt on top of the shower and walls to bathroom. I had to clean it that night. Along with the all noticable hair on the shower wall, the bed was ok, but starting to sink in the middle. Hotel needs hallway updating. First immpression was it looked very tired.

Friendly staff - All the videos, signs at the Front Desk was in Spanish. It seemed odd that there didn't seem to be much in English. We had booked a room for 4 adults for one night. The room was clean - but it seemed fairly crowded when all 4 of us were trying to get ready. They did have breakfast - nothing really Gluten Free (3 of the 4 of us were eating GF).

At first this hotel was only okay. Until later on at night I spotted a bed bug. Also the sheets were not clean. The staff did move us to another room that did not have bugs. The remote control and hair dryer did not work though. For a few more dollars I would recommend staying at another hotel.

it was ok, i was told by a Rep that i did not have to pay any fees at the hotel and i ended up paying a small fee of 3.95. and also when i got to my room the dryer did not work, looks like there was no cleanign done to the room in a while because all the tables had dust on them and the dryer was sticky and filly with dust..toilet barely flushed, little still need to be fixed.also had to put the ac on 60 for the room to actually get cold and the bathroom stunk a little like mold. but the beds were very comfy!

I expected more. Pictures make the room and hotel look way better than it truly is. Not staying here again. The breakfast was awful.

We booked this hotel for the price and location. Going in we weren't expecting much of anything due to the price, but we were pleasantly surprised by the resulting stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel room itself was nice enough. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a hotel in this price range and area.

Nice hotel, helpfull staff, the hotel was Good if you have car, but if you don't have one it's tyred and difficult the trip to the parks, especially universal and sea world.
