Comfort Suites Maingate East

throughly enjoyed our week stay at the hotel...Had all the things we needed plus quick access to where we wanted to go...also a small amusement park close by but was not loud etc. at the hotel. Good assortment of different food places close by, close to Disney World etc.. Continenal breakfast very good. Nice pool, game room and workout room. Very pleased with all and would go back. Highly recommend!!!

No complaints at all or what so ever. Room cleanliness, on time response to staff calls and friendliness. Complimentry breakfast was also great. Elevators are a bit slower to fulfil the need of rush hour transportation early morning when people are back n forth from lobby (breakfast) and folks checking out with luggage. Overall very good hotel and place to stay with family, very close to attractions. Also, there are places on walking distance that are open till around 1am and cant beat a 24 hours Walgreens right around the corner!

Good hotel location with fantastic pool and spa area. Lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel and quick drive to Disney. Good workout room. Would stay there again.

We took a one night getaway. Really enjoyed this hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Had a lot of variety. Kids enjoyed the pool. My son lost a quarter in a machine in the game room and the front desk clerk gave him 8 tokens to replace his quarterly. To a 9 yr. old that is an awesome thing. Will stay at this property again when the opportunity arises.

location was excellent and had lots of great reasturants around it. I stayed there for the convienence of a free breakfast bar, but after having stayed the first 4 days of my nine day stay at holiday inn express in bradenton , fla... in comparision, their food selection was horrible. The last morning I didn't even "want" to eat the food free or not. The staff was not very friendly at the front desk. And there was a Jehoviah Witness convention and you had to wait behind like 20 people to even get to the bar. However, having said that the room was clean, huge and the beds were comfortable.. the pool and hot tub were great.

we stayed there for 6 nights, breakfast was good, pool stayed open 24 hours. the rooms were very nice and good size, staff was great. the only problem was the shuttle to Disney, they tried to cram as many people on the bus as they could so very uncomfortable. other than that this was a great hotel...

We stayed in this Comfort Suites during our trip to Disney World and Universal Studios. The room was clean and pretty big with nice ammenities. The best part about staying here was the Mickey Mouse waffles! I loved getting breakfast here because of the Mickey Mouse waffles. They had lots of selection of food, and the seating area was spacious. I think if the hotel staff was a bit more attentive and nicer, then I would have rated this a 5 star experience. The location was great though- it was close to DisneyWorld and Universal Studios.

Close to the amusement parks. Pool and jacusi wonderful to rest after a day at the parks. Great breakfast buffet! Confortable and spacious rooms plus storing space. Practical laundry available on all floors! Very friendly staff and useful small shop at reception. Slow elevators (only 2) and stairs "hidden". Limited transportation to Universal parks and none to "Wet & Wild". I recommand this place, even if you just want to rest in the area. Close to the "Old Town" Kissimmee, with lots of fun there too! The hotel is also close to Orlando Premium Outlets.

We stayed at Comfort Suites, Maingate East and the whole stay was delightful. The Breakfast Buffet couldn't have been improved and the attendants were friendly and accomodating. The food was plentiful and good. We were on a vacation with children and grandchildren. Saw Disney World, Wild Kingdom and Universal-Harry Potter. Also, took side trips to Daytona and Clearwater. The only thing that could have been improved was the elevator service. We spent much time waiting for elevators. The maid service was superior, Natalya was friendly and accomodating to our needs. This trip was a cut above other trips where we used Comfort Suites...it is our preferred hotel along with other Choice locations.
