Horrible hotel
our AC didnt work, our room wasnt clean, the cable only had 5 working channels and we was charged $4 a day for resort fee that included wifi and that didnt work. save yourself and dont stay here.

Magic wife
Needs improvement
Slow check-in process. When we got to our room, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the phone didn't work, the tv only got 3 channels and there was no dresser at all! We immediately went back to the front desk. They said they would take care of the problems while we were at dinner or change our room if they couldn't fix the problem. They didn't do either. We checked out the next morning, informed clerk of our problems, he never even offered an apology, let alone a discount! We will NOT be staying there again!

Hotel in transition!
The hotel is old and being refurbished. The lobby was beautiful but wait time for check in too long - got much worse later in the day. The room was newly done but not finished - wires exposed in wall plug behind bed for example. Room not very clean but neat. Elevator old, dirty, but did work. Staff friendly and helpful.
