interesting
We stayed at this hotel several years ago. Then it was clean and friendly. It has changed owners and we found the room tidy but in poor condition. The additional charges were expensive there was a fee for local calls internet, and the building maintenance. I think if this was a nicer place the fees could be over looked. We will not stay there again.

Ridiculous Charges
Stayed here for the weekend and it was nice and wonderful and all. That is until we went to check out Monday morning. A whopping $250 was charged to our credit card because the housekeeper found an unopened box of cigarettes on the table. She reported that we were smoking in the room when we weren't even there. On top of that we weren't informed until the charges were processed and we were already checked out. Horrible staff experience but the room was great.

Extremely dated complex with half of the complex closed. The Continental "breakfast" is actually about a 1/2 block away in the closed part of the complex (spooky even in daylight). The breakfast consists of a choice of "3 and 3 only" items like a drink (Sunny D not OJ), a pack of your "favorite" salted snack such as peanuts or cracker and a piece of fruit. The rooms have worn and filthy- looking carpeting, TV's are circa 1990. Right next door is the interesting but noisy Old Town amusement park. Park revelers woke us up at 1:00 am. The only positives included pretty good beds and comfortable liviing room chairs to watch the CRT TV's.

BUGS & FILTH!!!!
Don't waste your time or money. There were BUGS all over our suite. The sheets & towel were stained. The sheets didn't fit the bed. The sliding glass door didn't work properly. This place was truly GROSS! There was hair on the shower walls and floors, mold on the grout. We got a room with a kitchen so we could cook and save some money... we were so grossed out we didn't even attempt to cook in the out dated, dirty kitchen. Stay somewhere else!

Next to Old Town
The location was excellent for going to Old Town... and Disney is very close by. We didn't take the shuttle, but they say one is available. Its older building, some maintenance is required, but overall not bad for the price.

In Hotel
They advertise a breakfast, but it was not in the lobby, it was 2 streets over, in a regular hotel room, all they offer is choice of (3) muffins, danish, crackers, and either coffee or tea. Pretty lame.. we went across the street and enjoyed a great buffet for $3.99 + drinks.

It is what it is!
The hotel is "ok". The beds in the room where like new and very comfortable. The outside of the room smell like pee. Bring your own towls(glad we did) because they towels look very old. The freezer in our room didnt freeze anything. Our ice cream melted and our water didnt freeze. Which suck because when wanted frozen water to take to the park. Will i stay at this hotel again? maybe so, nice price for seven days!

We had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago as it was right next to Old Town & The Fun Spot (both of which are great fun). This hotel was a dump, but we were only in the room to sleep. This time, upon check-in, we were given a room about as far from Old Town as possible. [...] Since my wife has been getting over a broken foot, I had to drive to Old Town each day instead of walking. The building that they stuck us in was right next to some of their buildings that they rent on a monthly basis for people to live in, and they are not the highest class of occupants. I had to carry a gun that I keep in the car so that my wife felt a bit safer. When we got to the room, I was accosted by a large, nasty maintenance man. I called the front desk and the General Manager called me back. He was unapologetic about the harassment[...]. Moral of the story: don't stay here[...]. Check out the nearby Comfort Suites or Quality Suites…[...] I would not expect attitude out of them.PS - could get no local or national news on the few TV channels that they provide, only weather.

Short walk from hotel
There is a Segway rental in Old Town...we paid about $60 for 4 hours rental. It was a BLAST! The guys in the shop were fantastic...so helpful. They quickly taught us how to ride, and when they thought we were comfortable, sent us on our way. We plan to go back in a month and do a Segway tour of Celebration. Best money we spent all weekend. Second best was the Helicopter tour down the street. Don't miss the Segways !!!

the suite was nice and clean(new carpet) and when we needed anything the service was prompt. It was close to eating ,shopping and attractions. The pool was good but they did not have the lights on in the pool at night.we would definetly go back there again. And it was not expensive.old town is across the street and great place to visit.
