Resort Fee of $5.95 + tax per villa, per night applies to all bookings, payable at check-in, and includes Unlimited Free DVD rentals on-site, Free Local & Domestic Long Distance Telephone Calls, Free Wi-Fi Access in public areas and Unlimited use of Fitness Centre, Steam Room & Sauna.

30 minutes from Universal, 15 minutes from Disney. Looked exactly as pictured. Was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room for everyone. Was great to come back after a day at the parks and relax at the pool!

Outstanding, except for the beds!!!
Have you ever had to take apart your bed, stand the frame and box up against a wall and put your mattress on the floor just to get a decent night's sleep? Don't stay in Room 502, Bldg. 1. But, despite that, Caribe Cove is beautiful, clean, great pool, watched fireworks from our balcony, and was spacious and well equipped (except for the toy coffee pot). Loved Hollywood Studios just 10 min. away. Told the front desk, and they claimed individual ownership prevented them from improving the mattress situation. They had better improve them (talked to other guests with the same problem) or they won't have any new guests. We have been in the vacation rental business in Asheville, N.C. for 15 years, and we know what we're talking about!

Quiet and relaxing
The hotel, which is rented out condos, is in a relatively undeveloped part of Kissimee, to the west of Disneyworld. The rooms are HUGE and are actual apartments with all the amenities. The furnishings are nice, as well. I would recommend it for parents who like to have some time to themselves after their kids go to bed, something they don't get in a hotel room.

My third time here!
I love this place. I've stayed on Disney property three time and I've stayed here three times. This place is so much better. Even though it's usually just me and my daughter I enjoy having the extra space and a full kitchen. The place is always clean. The staff is always friendly. It feels like a home away from home. It's just a short drive to Disney World and it's a great location for access to many other restaurants, grocery stores, and activities.

Short drive from hotel
Very short drive to Target Supercenter or Publix. You can buy groceries for your family. Have breakfast and dinner in you villa. This saves a lot of money.

vacation get away
The hotel was great. My wife and I were impressed with the rooms. The rooms were larger than we expected for the price we paid. I didn't like the $200 deposited nor the $94 cleaning fee. If the opportunity comes to visit Orlando, this will be a first choice

don't expect the televisions to be too big. They were mostly small and older models. The bed in the masterbed room wasn't as good.

Florida Trip June 2011
We were in Florida to vacation. We went to Orlando Universal Studios. Also went to the Wet and Wild. The hotel was closer to Disney. I would stay there again.

Ultimate Vacation
The Villa was very clean and we were well pleased with the accomodations. The view was great, it was spacious and clean. the area was very peaceful which we greatly appreciated and the service was superb. I will recommend this location to all of my friends.
