Budgetel Inn Kissimmee

Walked into room and noticed fruit loops on floor.(Floor very dirty) room smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom looked like it had mold on shower curtain,not a very good breakfast

Should not allow this type of hotel on their website. I listed the problems my family encounted & the only reason we booked was because it was 3 stars & last minute for my brothers funeral. The cost was $72 for (4) persons per ngt, which only (2) went but not allowed to reduce the price (s/b $45). No help from Management after complaining. List: 1. Security tried to break in at midnight & found they had the wrong room. 2. Plastic cover over tiolet tank & tiolet crooked. 3. No towels. 4. Dresser drawers broken and won't close . 5. Water smelled of eggs. 6. Bedspread very dirty (sheets okay). 7. No ammedities as described. 8. Room very dirty, had to buy cleanser & papertowels. 9. Could not cancel reservation, lose $485. 10 Blow dryer not work. 11. Air conditioner broken, changed rooms

The hotel was easy to find and a quick trip to the airport. The staff was very nice and accommodating. It took a bit of time to register, but the value we got was well worth it. There were just a few close eating places. The room and bathroom were clean and check-out was very convenient. Our wake-up call was reliable.

The room had none of the amenities that were advertised. We had to ask for towels. We couldn't call the front desk because our phone didn't work. Only half the lights in the room worked. At Midnight we were awaken from our sleep by someone trying to get in our room. My wife hid while I ran to block the door. Thank God we had the security latch on. It was some guy with a ball cap on that said SECURITY on it. He was calling me by a different name telling me I shouldn't be in the room. After about 30 second of yelling thru the door he left. The next morning I complained to the management and was told that someone had put the wrong room number into their computer so security thought my room was empty. When I said "security did not knock or identify themselves" I was told mistakes happen. I will never stay there again!!!!

dead bolt lock on door was damages could not be locked. Bathroom toilet paper holder was damaged. Bed was nice Tv was nice room was clean.

Hotel was dirty room was nasty and dirty staff was rude

Hotel bathroom keep running water all night. The beds were extremely hard. No microwave or refrigerator. Also most of the tv channels did not work. Will not stay there again. Cheap but not worth it.

Carpet in room felt nasty; A/C was not effective and very loud; people checking in to the room next door at 1a.m. were loud and walls very thin. I poured a cup of coffee in the evening and there were bugs crawling all over the counter under the coffee pot. This is the same counter where breakfast was served in the morning.

when we first checked in we were given a one bedroom room that was the size of a closet there were holes in the walls and it look dirty, smelled. they switched us to a two bed room. the carpet was badly soiled and ripped, look like something was taken off the wall. the wall near the bathroom had a hole in it and we found a few strange bugs in the room. these rooms are in desperate need of repair. i will not stay there again. however, the staff was nice to us.

i get what ive paid for....i dont pay a lot of money....i didnt get enough sevice
