Baymont Inn and Suites

The room was clean , the beds were very comfortable . A lot of hotel for the money. Would stay again.

The breakfast was sugarladened and only from 6 to 9 a.m. They tried to charge me 5.00 a day 'Resort Fee' which, I protested because Baymont's own website does NOT charge their direct bookers with such a fee. I even discussed it with Baymont's 800 number and they said whatever you pay online is what you pay. When I spoke vehemently to the manager, he waived the fee, but not without my getting very upset. To call this a 'resort' would be only correct if you added the word "last" to it. This hotel is not good for a long stay. Perhaps only an overnight but it's a long way form Orlando Airport and there are so many better hotels that actually ARE resorts that it would be foolish even for overnight. I won't book again.

Got in at 3AM and got a friendly greeting, but everything was less than spectacular. Breakfast was bland, doors opened to the outside, which isn't great for me and my fear of heights. TV tried to tell you what channel you were watching, but was wrong on several occasions. Wasn't a great location, the driveway is a touch hidden. It did the job of a place to crash after Universal/Sea World well though. Once my wife and I knew how to get onto 4 nothing was very hard to find. We would consider staying here again if we were on the same budget.

It was almost exactly as we expected for the price, but when we got there we saw many advertisements for other quality hotels that were cheaper and better located. Then we were charged an unexpected service charge on check-in of $5 a day that the clerk could not explain It didn't ruin our vacation but we didn't like the feeling of being 'ripped off'.

GOOD HOTEL, VERY QUIET AT NIGHT. THAT WAS VERY INPORTANT TO ME. GOOD BREAKFAST. ROOM WAS BIG ENOUGH. COULD BE CLEANER. NEED TO CONTROL THE CAR PARKING BETTER. GREAT LOCATION. ALL IN ALL I WOULD SAY HEAR AGAIN.

Since my arrival the staff helped me in any way I requested, from room service to tips on traveling around the city. The hotel is very close to good amenities and major theme parks. The swimming pool was heated which made it even better. The hotel also included free shuttle buses to major theme parks. Definitely a good place to stay if looking for good rest and quiet time.

When I booked a room at this hotel for the weekend I wasn't expecting much. It was very reasonably priced and really close to the Disney parks. It's not a far drive from the Universal parks either (about 20-25 minutes depending on traffic). The room was very clean. On a whole the facility is not luxurious but if you're expecting that out of a 3 star hotel then that's your problem. It was a very comfortable stay and I will definitely consider staying here again on future visits. My only complaint is that the free breakfast is lacking, unless you like muffins/waffles/cereal. Don't expect any eggs/bacon/sausage. On the plus side, there is a McDonalds within walking distance. I was very pleased and I definitely recommend this hotel. For the location it's a bargain.

We had a great time. The Hotel is very comfortable. The beds were great. Has a Big Screen TV. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. All in all we would stay there again. The only thing we didn't like was the Continental Breakfast. It was only available till 9AM and there was nothing not even coffee after that. The food was minimal so we preferred to go out for breakfast.

It's a good hotel and a great value for the money. Just remember that if you don't use the shuttle you're a $30.00 cab ride away from the parks. This was actually information shared by the folks at the front desk. The hotel does not have a shuttle to and from the airport and it was a $70.00 dollar cab ride to the hotel. We ended up booking private transportation back to the airport for about $50.00. The shuttle is fine, it drops you off at Epcot around 9:00 and picks you up at Magic Kingdom at 10:30 so you'll end up taking the monorail from Epcot to the Magic Kingdom. The shuttle will save you an average of $25.00 to $30.00 bucks a day so keeping that in mind, this hotel is a GREAT value. I read one of the reviews that this hotel sits in an abandoned area and that's total rubbish, there are a ton of resturants and we found out on the last day that there is a Target a few lights down the road from the hotel. They have a McDonalds right across the street, lots of resturants across the road so it's not like you're in some abandoned area. The rooms are great, the microwave and the fridge in the room is GREAT and we didn't have any issues with the room. You will hear the neighbors, especially those with the kids but quite honestly, you're in a touristy area, so that's kinda expected. The breakfast was fine, it's not a buffet with eggs and toast but hey the muffins and the milk and coffee were more than enough to get our day started. The more pickier eaters will do better to shop at the local grocery store and fill the fridge with what they want.

Front desk and the cleaning people did a terrific job!!!! I Will go there again.Had know problem parking.
