Baymont Inn and Suites

The only complaint I had was that the beds were TOO firm. I had to place pillows on top of the mattress in order to sleep.

Not a bad place overall. Breakfast wasn't all that amazing and price was a little high.

I have stayed at the Baymont Inn two years in a row now while visiting Walt Disney World. The rooms are very clean, and the free shuttles to and from the parks are fantastic. We saved a ton by staying here as opposed to a resort hotel on Disney property. The free breakfast is not that great and only offers lots of processed carbs, but the price of the room more than makes up for it. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I had previously made a reservation at a hotel that seemed nicer but after reading the reviews I called and cancelled. This one had great reviews, and a decent price to go with it! I was impressed that the hotel actually looked like the pictures, which as we all know most don't. Don't let the outside fool you, it's a great stay! Breakfast was a little slacking, I mean come on, I expect eggs and bacon for breakfast, but can't complain when its free I guess. Will def stay again next time

The staff were very helpful and polite. I enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and ready when I checked in. The continental breakfast was a bit more than I expected but very much appreciated. Thanx.

Will probably come back here with my kids- the bunk beds in an adjoining mini-room are a nice feature. Continental breakfast was nice on the weekends. I wish they set it out earlier on weekdays- I had to leave for work before they put any food out.

Great location, nearby a lot of restaurants, team parks, and other amenities. The room had microwave and a refrigerator; however it lacked of a safe, a little bit of privacy plus iron hair blower did not work....for some reason my wife and I did not feel safe in that place....It looked more like a motel, like many hotels on that area.

Every thing was good , it only need better service on the shuttle busses for the parks., more than one bus and at least 2 diferent departures and arrivals for this busses

This hotel is overpriced, old and worn and definitely not deserving of 3 stars. First, you must pay extra when you get there for "amenities". This includes the exercise room (not open), the WiFi (not working, but you must sign an agreement saying you will not hold them responsible) and the pool (in 60 degree weather). The breakfast buffet has only white carbs, and 2 toasters for up to 150 guests at a time. They no longer serve fruit, because people were "taking it" and it was costing them money. The doors to the rooms are on the outside, so you can never open your curtains because the people who run by at all hours and scream could look right in. There are not enough lights in the room to read by, no seating except the beds and the toilet runs for a good 5 minutes every flush. Telling the front desk about the problems results in them saying, "it's fixed now". No it's not. Never again.

The folks here are crooks, the rooms are glamorized in the pictures, noise is unbelievable here, no insulation at all. The AC is old and very loud, the pool is dirty. The staff are rude, bored and very unprofessional even for simple request like room service (did not have room service for 2 out of the 4 days there). If you stay here it will ruin your entire experience of Orlando.
