Baymont Inn and Suites is a non-smoking hotel with all the comforts of home. For families, there is a free shuttle service to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resorts and SeaWorld Orlando. Good family getway
the Air conditioner noisy is too big, and the fan is too strong,it made me get a cold. If the Air conditioner can be changed, the hotal will be perfect.

Short drive from hotel
I want to buy something,but I DON'T know how to take bus to go.the hotel better to provide imformation about where to shopping, how to take bus( if we didn't rent a car)

the good and the bad
the room was very nice and clean. The key didn't open the room and we were sent to another room. The beds and pillows were clean and smelled fresh. There was another problem, it didn't have toilet paper. The rest was very good.

Fits your basic needs.
We never had enough towels left for all 4 of us, needed to go to front desk to ask for another one. House keeping could do better with daily cleaning, and checking to see if you needed coffee etc. We would stay again, if on a tight budget. We booked through [...] and when we checked out, we had a extra $50.00 charge, front desk said it was to cover breakfast and services used, how do they know you ate, we only ate twice. Breakfast should be served later, closes at 9am. This is a vacation, and teens don't like to get up so early, neither do we!!

Good rooms, poor breakfast!
Good bed, old facade..in remodling process....Poor breakfast...high carb, low protein..bad for diabetic.

Baymont Inn & Suites
Overall, we were pleased with this hotel. The room was nice, and had a fridge that we could keep drinks or food in. It was nice and close to Disneyworld. We actually traveled to Universal Studios, and it was a short drive there as well. There aren't hardly any good restaurants around the area. We had a rental car to get us where we needed to go, but they did have a shuttle to Disneyworld. Like I said, it was a good choice, but the restaurant options were not impressive (expensive food that was mediocre).

Good Room and Counter Service
Hotel was overall good. The room service and front desk service was excellent. However, between the elevator doors there was a trash box that all evenings were overfloaded. Need to empty trash more often.

Family Getaway
Hotel staff were very professional and courteous. Whatever I needed they made sure I received it within 10-15 minutes. The only negative thing was asking for towels or getting the cleaning people to leave enough towels based on the # of occupants
