When you select one of our three, four or five bedroom homes, you have the advantage of multiple full bathrooms, one or more spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with every possible appliance and utensil necessary, a large dining area and - and this is what really makes the difference- your own private swimming pool.

The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in office: 7799 Styles Blvd. Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM - 6 PM; Sunday, closed. Guests planning to arrive after hours must call 866-544-5301 to obtain the lock box code; the lock box will contain directions to the property and keys.

Please note the following fees and deposits will be applied to your stay:
Cleaning Fees ( for stays less than 5 night ) payable directly to Advantage Vacation Homes upon arrival-- 3 Bedrooms Pool Home: $89, 4 Bedrooms Pool Home: $99, 5 Bedrooms Pool Home: $109.
Security Deposit: $250 credit deposit is taken at time of check-in for any property damage.
Optional Fees:
--Pool Heat ( during winter months October-April) $35 per day, plus 13% tax, 3 days minimum. Must be requested from Advantage Vacation Homes and paid for prior to arrival as it can take up to 48hrs to heat the pool during the winter months.
--Accidental Damage Waiver $49 per stay for any accidental damage to property - covers up to $500 of accidental damage. Must be purchased on arrival, not during stay.
