The Reach Resort - Waldorf Astoria Collection

The location is perfect, the beach, the quietness, walking distance to the Southern Most Point of the USA, Duval Street, the Marina, restaurants, Hemingway's house and many more. I liked that hotel had a beach outside its doors which most of the hotels did not have which is why the price is higher. Make sure you get an umbrella which runs out fast, the hotel needs to invest in more umbrellas because the sun is very very hot. Out of the five days on the beach, three days there was a breeze which was a great relief. The hotel gives you new towels at night. We had a problem with our tiolet which was fixed when we returned back from dinner.

Very nice vacation spot, would recommend staying closer to the other end of Duval street but Reach is a very nice place with staff that are friendly and work to help you with almost every request.

Very dissapointed in the room, we felt cramped. Absolutely no clothing storage for a weeks stay. We lived out of our suitcases! The only good about this hotel is the location.

The location is fantastic with great views, unfortunately we had a mechanical problem with the Air Conditioning. it couldn't be fixed but the staff did everything possible to make it right then offered to move us to another room, our view was so great, we opted to stay put. The staff offered to buy us dinner and take a night off our bill for the inconvience. It was well worth it, we will be back.

Me and my boyfriend drove down from ft Lauderdale to key west for one night. It was a great location and right on a nice little beach. They had everything you needed right at the tips of your fingers including water sports. would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was located in a prime location in relation to Duval street. It was directly on the ocean with private beach and pool oceanside. I especially loved the hammocks! The service at the pool was great! So friendly and helpful- loved the daily daiquiri's! They also had Billy's water sport location right on our own beach so that was helpful. The front desk were helpful- especially when requiring room service of any kind. They were accommodating when it came to switching our room from a king size to a double without charge. The room was well kept- however room service does not come around until later in the day. The place is like a maze trying to find your room for the first time but after that you can get used to it! The bathroom door took a hard shove to shut but nothing a little muscle couldn't do.

The hotel is located in a nice location. You can pretty much walk to any local attractions. However, the swimming pool is smaller than the size on picture and the private beach is small too.

Friendly staff. They upgraded us twice and placed us in a perfect room, overlooking the courtyard with a view of the ocean. This is a beautiful spot, very laidback with very friendly staff and is walking distance to all the good stuff. Will stay here again if we make it back to the Keys!
