No wifi and the room is not so clean.

No WIFI. you have to go out to the hotel to connect with 3G network. Room is not very clean. We don't like the bed so much. Staff is ok.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

My friend and I both feel the hotel is not worth the money. No internet (very weak wifi signal in the room). The bed is not comfortable and staff is not so friendly. We'd rather paid a little extra for somewhere better. (Location is OK but it doesn't really matter because everyone drives from Miami to Key west).

Key West overnight

I stayed here with a few friends after cycling from downtown Miami. The staff was friendly and had no issues with us locking our bikes on the patio. They also provide breakfast but we didn't wake up in time. The location is great being only about 1 block from Duval street so we just walked everywhere. Free street parking was also available , even on busy Labor Day weekend. I rented the 2 bedroom loft style unit and it had plenty of space and was nice and clean. The only downside was that we never were able to connect to the WiFi Internet but it may have been user error.

Relaxing & comfortable base in Key West

I stayed in Room 18 with two friends. It was a separate building and had the most comfortable king size bed, plus a double fold out sofa bed and kitchen. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was powerful. There was a free breakfast out by the pool (which was essentially a massive hot tub - fab!) and wifi too and street parking is available on Petronia Street. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a perfect location for Duval Street and is a relaxed and very quiet area of Key West. I'd definitely recommend it.

Sightseeing tip: In Hotel

The wonderful staff who run the guesthouse can arrange for bikes to be delivered to you so you can explore Key West on two wheels. I'd definitely recommend doing this and the best place to go is to the Fort Zachary State Park, lock up your bikes and go swimming. Absolutely beautiful.

A delightful place!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The hotel is in a quiet and peacefull part of key west. But you can walk for two minutes and you'll be in Duval street, where there is the whole nightlife. The breakfasy was very good too!!

Great place for the price and location

We had completed the Ragnar Relay from Miami to Key West. It was nice to stay close to Duval street without all the noise. The rooms are small, but we weren't there to hang out in the room. It is a cute little place and is very budget friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
