have a pleasant stay
Good thing- staff is cooperative and hotel has shuttle for airport and downtown transport. The hotel building is old and ordinary. Over all hotel is good but little expensive.

Nice staffs
The front desk ladies are really nice. She explained everything detail for me. Location is nice with free shuttle to downtown. The only problem is the room key doesn't work with lock some times. Overall, this is a valuable choice

Disappointed
Disappointed with rooms. Got my room changed 3 times. Internet connectivity was not available in all rooms. Rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were very old with stains. Carpets not clean. Final room we stayed in had roaches. Very disappointed. Staff was good but helpless. Kevin who helps in organizing tours was very good. He helped us plan our activities at very good prices.

Bad hotel
Old hôtel without any maintenance. Paint destroy, curtains destroy, Carpet dirty.... No phonic isolation... Don't justify a 3 stars level.

The staff was excellent, friendly and efficient. The shuttle service is a great amenity. I was very disappointed in the room, especially the bathroom. The rooms looked new in the photos shown at booking. Cracked grout all around the tub, very obvious patching on walls, rust stains around tub and doorway that separates bath area and vanity area, very thin, rough towels and exactly one type of towel per person. This area needs a major renovation. Blankets, even though between two sheets were of a horrible synthetic material. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Slow check in, mold, rust
the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and mold. there was rust in the bathtub and around the toilet. Paint was sloppy. Hole in bathroom door. Noisy neighborhood.

fine stay in Key West
great value, the best part of it was the free shuttle to and from Duval st. area. a bit outside the downtown area so the shuttle was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would recommend for people looking for a good value.
