Annual week in the Keys
Great staff, perfect location, surprisingly nice room, and very nice atmosphere. We will stay here going forward. We didn't have to drive anywhere our entire stay because the hotel is perfectly located in Key West.

i booked a standard room with double beds, but the hotel just provided a kingsize room to me. when i checked in at 10pm, the hotel promised to provide me an extra bed in the room as well as waving $20 resort fee, sending $50 breakfast voucher and upgrading to a better view room. after confirming all above compensation, i went out. when i came back to hotel at 1 am again, the hotel told me there is no extra bed and no other measure to deal with this issue. they had no integrity on the business. i feel quite bad on this hotel. we 2 had to sleep in one kingsize bed

I manage 140 people, and not one of them say "my pleasure" whenasked todo something, yet every member of this resort did! We were greeted with a glass of champagne and all smiles! There really isn't much of a beach, but the hotel made an effort.

Go on the "power" boat excursion... For $150 you get to go on a catamaran and snorkel, jetski, parasol, paddleboard, banana boat, etc!

Anniversary getaway
We chose this hotel based on previous reviews and we couldn't have been happier. We loved the location of this hotel. The staff was amazing. They even surpirsed us with a gift to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We can't wait to go back and without a doubt we will be staying here.

Nice & Relaxing
My experience at the Hyatt Hotel Resort in Key West was very good. First, the staff always were pleasant, asking if they could help us. Rooms are beautiful, usable & clean. Cleaned daily, as well as amenities replaced as we used them. Pool area very nice. Food & drinks available, priced with in reason (according to other food/drinks in area of Key West). Had a dead battery (b/c I left my lights on in rental car), staff jumped the battery - situation was over in 10 minutes, opposed to waiting for rental company for a much longer span of time. Very nice :) The only thing about the resort I can say bad is the work out room is small, which is fine BUT it's very damp & moist, no ventilation & hard to workout in that type of environment. But it is Key west & I took my workout to the outdoors. Running areas are easy to find & use. Location of resort is great with in walking of all local businesses (although Key west is 2 miles by 3 mikes) . Over all a nice place, would go back for sure.

Gorgeous place!
The hyatt is very well centered, the accomodations amazing, and the staff uber friendly. I would greatly reccommend this resort. The.only heads up is that you will pay for everything that you get. it's expensive( if youron a budget) but amazing and well worth it.

Everything is righg there. we easily walked anywhere we wanted. the sunset veiw is fantastic. everything you ever wanted is right at the hyatt.

The restaurant SHOR in the hotel is great! Forget about those on yelp. Trust me, it is the best.
