LaConcha is in the perfect location in Key West. The hotel has obviously been recently updated and is nicely decorated. Bathroom is very small and so is pool area. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place!!
Great location on Duval St but just know up front that on any busy/holiday weekend you will overpay for your room, the hotel will be understaffed (especially at check-in/front desk), and the staff won't be happy or friendly.
where to begin.the elevators get turned off over night.have to walk to another wing to catch the rest of levels. in case of fire, stairways are non accessible .housekeeping comes every other day.had to call for extra towels. wifi is non
existing.getting charged for dinner that never happened.air conditioner got shut down for ten hours.tv shots off.no water available.can't open drawer door all the way without hitting the bed.pool did not get cleaned the whole week.
Location was the biggest plus for us staying here but really it was beautiful and we enjoyed many aspects of the hotel. Staff was nice and check-in was smooth and fast. Room was cozy and modern. Will stay here again.
Hotel was in a great location but the room was very small. Hotel parking is $20 a day. The bathroom is very hard to get around because it is so small. The bed was so close to the fridge it could not open all of the way and they charged $25 dollars
a day to use the fridge. But it is in a great location. This was the room with the king size bed, and it barely fit.
We visit Key West twice a year. This trip we decided to stay at the Crowne Plaza La Concha. We wanted to experience the historical perspective. Loved the Hotel, the staff was very friendly and courteous Would definitely stay again.
We visit the Crowne Plaza several times a year. You cannot go wrong with the location of this hotel. Rooms are elegant, bed is extremely comfortable, and if you get lucky and get a room on the 2nd floor, you will have a huge balcony over Duvall
street. Walking distance to everything! Don't forget to to go to the rooftop for an amazing sunset view...
Great rooms and amazing ambiance. There is no gym, the pool should be a considered a kiddy pool, the valet doesn't have a clue...but it's all tolerable things, nothing extreme. The location is great right on Duvl St.; but then again it's a tiny
island so any location would be great. The price was a bit out of proportion for what you actually receive. I've paid way less for way better. Not bad. To say It was the only thing available extremely last minute, I was appreciative of that very much.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
Duval Street and all water front activities are literally right outside the front door!
