A secluded hideaway, Mariner's Resort Villas and Marina offers condo-style accommodations toward the south end of Key Largo with on-site activities and access to watersports. Guests should take advantage of self parking, as Key Largo is spread out-land-based attractions like Dolphin's Plus or the must-try Fish House restaurant sit at least a few miles drive from Mariner's Resort Villas and Marina. Mariner's Resort also features a 43-slip, Atlantic-side marina that accommodates boats up to 60 feet (fees apply). Molasses Reef sits 10 minutes offshore.

spacious
Not much to do, sit by pool, couldn't find tennis rackets(to buy) anywhere, no extra towels for pool side. They told my daughter she would have to do laundry if she wanted clean towels, the master shower didn't drain and the toilets easily backed up. The fitness center was only for owners. The kitchen was nice, very good lighting everywhere, comfortable beds. Excellent restaurants nearby

We looked for good deals in Key Largo for one night. Based on the Mariner's Club, we booked it. We very very surprised to see, after paying, that there was an extra $80 'resort fee' [...] When we got there, although the place was described as a 'town home',which implies a kitchen, all there was was a little microwave oven. The place was smelly, reeking of a chemical designed to conceal an underlyingodor. The only facility we could see was a tennis court we did not use. There was no cell phone service because of the location. We used no facilities and there were no signs to any facilities. The site implies the 'town homes' are on or near a pool. Ours was way in the back. No water view. just a line of trees and some a/c units in the back. Someone is now chasing us around for the $80. I am a lawyer. In my opinion as to the $80 there was never a contractual agreement as to the %80 because there was no meeting of the minds, just a devious hiding of a concealed illegal charge. Frankly, I feel ripped off and am angry. [...]

Expected a bit more pazazz!
The pools were great, but the spa water was way to cold. The room was not good for the price...broken blinds, stained carpets (really needed attention), remotes didn't work, and not enough towels for a water type resort! Next time we will stay a one of the large hotels in the area!

A hotel in paradise
The Mariner's Resort Villas are all individually owned which means some very nice units and some average units. In the past we've stayed in a fantastic unit there. This one was just OK. There had been some water damage to the bedroom carpet recently and it had not been professionally cleaned. Little things like no ice trays in the frig, no list of local restaurants etc. When we tried to reported the water damage to the guard house, we were told curtly, just call the office (which we had tried to do but got no answer). While you can get great villas on occasion, this one was just average.

where we stayed 803-2 the dishwasher was broken the cable tv had problems the refirgrater ice maker did not work the kitchen sink left side was broken the water fauset in kitchen did not work propley the living room light fliker a lot and make noise

Nice & Quiet
Had a nice quiet vacation. Stayed in a three bedroom townhome. The only suggestion would be more comfortable mattresses. The mattress in the second bedroom was more comfortable than the master. Other than that,it was great.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel but didnt know that the place was more like a timeshare. I did not know that the place did not have a hotel bar or restaurant which would have been very nice. Also the hotel Gratto jacuzzi was broken which was not nice. although the pool stayed open til 11pm at the gratto it closed at 9pm at the other jacuzzi. I was really looking forward to the gratto and was upset that it did not work. The place was beautiful thought and I did really like our room. It was much bigger then I thought that it would be.
