Needs Better Maintenance
Bathtub did not drain properly so that when you took a shower you were standing in 2" of water. The bulb in one of the bedside lamps was burned out. Also, the carpet need a good deep shampooing. And the room service failed to restock the coffee maker. On the plus side, the continental breakfast was up to par for that sort of thing. Location convenient to I-95. Overall, there are a couple of other motels very near that advertise the same price, so I'll probably try one of them next time.

If you like nouveau tex-mex, check out Tacolu. I think its on SR-90, but not sure, so google it. (Little more than "short drive," probably 8-9 miles, but in J'ville.

Convenient
The hotel was pretty nice & the location for me was very convenient. It's located about a block away from a Dennys, less than 5 minutes from a Super WalMart & less than a 10 minute drive from the Jacksonville airport.

Good Location & Price
This motel was perfect for our situation. We were looking for an inexpensive room for the night that was close to the airport as we were meeting another friend the next day at the same airport. The breakfast that was included met our needs perfectly.

Good value for money
The experience was excellent. Very good hotel, clean and well located. Breakfast was very good and generous. The only bad thing is that the room DID smell like smoke.

Labor Day weekend one night stay
Fine room on ground floor with mini fridge, TV, tall office chair, and free wifi. The shower faucet handle piece is a bit loose, otherwise everything seemed fine. Wasn't noisy and wasn't dirty. They had sausage gravy and biscuit at breakfast! Awesome. At $53 a night for two people on Labor Day weekend, the value was good for the money. Just remember to tell them if you didn't use the safe during your stay - you will be refunded the safe fee that they charge by default.
