Travelodge Inn And Suites Jacksonville Airport

Lots of amenities, refrigerator, iron etc. but no ice bucket. Had to use an unused waste basket liner to get ice. Airport parking advertised for $3 per night. Minimum of 7 nights not advertised. Still, better deal than parking lots. Free shuttle to airport is hired out to "King Shuttle". Fast shuttle to airport but had to stand in freezing cold for 45 minutes waiting for return shuttle. Staff was nice and room was clean.

Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. This was a great place as a stop-over for our trip. The location was right next to the interstate and airport, but it was quiet.

The experience was excellent. Very good hotel, clean and well located. Breakfast was very good and generous. The only bad thing is that the room DID smell like smoke.

Fine room on ground floor with mini fridge, TV, tall office chair, and free wifi. The shower faucet handle piece is a bit loose, otherwise everything seemed fine. Wasn't noisy and wasn't dirty. They had sausage gravy and biscuit at breakfast! Awesome. At $53 a night for two people on Labor Day weekend, the value was good for the money. Just remember to tell them if you didn't use the safe during your stay - you will be refunded the safe fee that they charge by default.

The hotel is just an average place--clean, with comfortable beds. When I booked this reservation, I did so because it was the hotel listed as the best price that offered both a shuttle to the airport as well as one to the shops; with no rental car, I figured getting out to dinner would be easiest if the hotel had guest assistance. However, unlike the Orbitz listing for this Travelodge, there is NO shuttle to the nearby shopping area (a disappointment to travelers using this as a quick spot close to the airport without a vehicle).

We only stayed one night as we had an early flight out the next am. The room was clean and ready for us.

This hotel was the best place to stay for your money. Quick drive to Airport.

Hotel was a great value, convienant location. Airport was 90 seconds away and many food/entertainment options very close as well. Room was clean and pool was nice.

The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and everything was accessible. Suprisingly, there was a small fridge with a microwave, nice extra. Because the hotel was minutes from the airport, I thought the room fee would be outragous, but it was actually very reasonable (we traveled during the week.) The morning of our flight, the free shuttle arrived on time (6:30 a.m.) with a friendly driver. Though our stay was short, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I have never stayed in a room that smelled this bad! We had to change rooms. Upon our arrival the sheriff was dealing with an unruly crowd in the next room and we moved our room to the other side of the hotel. We had to spray the room with Febreze just to sleep that night as it was too late to move. Only stayed one night and would NEVER stay here again.
