The SpringHill Suites Jacksonville Deerwood Park, is located in the heart of south Jacksonville and makes its home in a lively neighborhood with some of the city's finest restaurants, foremost businesses including ADP, Merrill Lynch, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Bank of America, Johnson and Johnson, Diversified Clinical, IPTM, and CIT. Our accommodations, recently renovated with the savvy traveler in mind, offer spacious studio suites with separate areas for sleeping, working, and relaxing. Family weekend getaway

This hotel is in a good location near shopping, dining, and entertainment. Close to Downtown and Beaches. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is they had no pool towels.

Wonderful experience

There was a problem with our room after the first night (we stayed 4) and they moved us to another room and provided with snacks, drinks and other treats! They continued to ask us if there was anything else they could do and to apologize for us having to move. We will definitely stay there again when in the area! The staff was great, the motel clean and rooms pleasant. It was a great value!

Nice Place

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location: lots of places to eat nearby, easy to get to from the airport and central to the city as a whole. Free breakfast was good and no long waits even during the Georgia/Florida football weekend.

Great Trip

We had a great experience at this hotel. Very clean, the service was great, the staff was very responsive to our needs! The price was right! I have spent more at other hotels, and did not get all what we had here. Restaurants and clubs were walking distance.

No big deal but convenient

I was visiting relatives close by. The location was great and the price unbeatable. The included hot breakfast was lke a riot each morning with guests waiting for long times for one single waffle machine and items running out. One single employee kept running back and forth but was not enough to keep line moving fast. Bottom line it was very cheap and you get what you pay for.
