Easy access from I-95, delightful check-in with knowledgeable and friendly staff, along with a complimentary happy hour. Older property but appeared to be well maintained. Recommendations for dinner restaurants were valuable and we chose one recommended. Room was clean and very spacious, creating an atmosphere of extremely good value. Recommend a room on second floor to ensure no overhead noise. Rate included breakfast, also a good value. We would repeat a visit.

wonderful romantic getaway with my honey
I can not explain how much I love this hotel...this was my first time staying here and let me tell...everything was right on point...my room was so beautiful and clean...I had everything we neeeded inside the room...one of the nights for my honey's birthday i lit candles all over the room and had the fireplace blazing with music fromthe provided radio alarm clock inside the room...it was just what I needed to make this night special...honey bunny says he loved the room also..matter of fact we are talking about having the in laws and family and friends from out of town stay here during our wedding....overall I will be more than happy to stay again and nine times out of ten....will only stay here when I need another getaway.... :-D

We needed a place to stay for a week while my husband retired/out-processed from the military. This was only a 15 minute drive to NAS Jacksonville and had plenty of eating and shopping possibilities in the surrounding area. Returning to the states after an overseas tour, we had a lot of luggage, golden retriever, and two cats. We could not have been more welcome and taken care of. The staff were excellent, the room was clean and very comfortable with a full kitchen, living and sleeping areas. Nice pool and spa, small exercise room with up to date machines, and a wonderful daily breakfast. This was a great way to start retirement. I would stay at a Residence Inn anytime. Thanks!

Latitude 30 is entertainment for all and only about 5 miles from the hotel. My husband and I enjoyed a nice dinner by the bubble wall, a comedy show and live music all in one evening.

Excellent Value
Reception staff very friendly and efficient. The suite was excellent. Spotlessly clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very good and the kitchen had everything in it that you needed for your stay. We could not find fault with anything. If we are in that area again, we shall definitely stay at the Residence Inn.

Unbeatable value for the price
Excellent price and available with short notice. Clean room and excellent all you can eat breakfast buffet that comes with the cost of the room. Large room with ample amount of sleeping area.
