Hotel Indigo JACKSONVILLE-DEERWOOD PARK

Couldn't get there! Got lost after leaving JAX airport and kept calling hotel for directions and the one staff member answering the phone could not tell me how, didn't know that I-95 lead to the exit and left me on hold for 15, 20 minutes. I called three times before giving up as it was late at night and in the middle of a storm. I finally went to another hotel where they could give me directions and comfort from the storm with a good hotel staff of more than one.

My mother and I had an amazing visit at this hotel. One evening, we were unmotivated to leave our plush beds and decided to order room service for dinner. The meal was wonderful and reasonably priced. Hotel Indigo is absolutely a destination point for our next visit to the Jacksonville area.

This hotel is a beautiful gem. There is much attention to detail in each guest room to fit the theme of the hotel and the decor is modern and practical. The bed was comfortable and there was a full length mirror - Yes! The use of internet and copying services were complimentary and this was a plus for my husband and I as we were not familiar with the Jacksonville area. [...] at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful in helping us with directions and food storage of leftovers after going to a local restaurant. We plan to return to Hotel Indigo on our next Jacksonville visit. It was just a nice comfortable, new, clean and creatively decorated boutique hotel. We loved it!

Beautiful new contemporary hotel. The value is unmatched in Jacksonville. Great centrally located hotel with easy access to JTB, 9A, UNF and 95. St.John's Town Center is less than a mile away. I WILL be rebooking on next visit to JAX. Only advice, there is ample FREE parking and the breakfast option given in room choice packages is a little misleading. Breakfast is available well into lunch hour, and is very reasonable. My husband and I had a full breakfast for under $20. So my advice is just book the room. This is a non-smoking hotel, so we were very pleased to see management address cigarette odor coming from an adjacent room at 2AM! Beautiful reasonably priced hotel.

Reception staff friendly and room was much more than I expected, Service a bit slow in the dining area, but food was good. Only downsize was one time they forgot to bring fresh towels. Pool a bit small, but exercise room really well equiped. Overall, well worth the money. Carl Denny

We arrived to the hotel about 1 a.m. driving up from West Palm Beach, FL. We were surprised to be greeted by such a WELCOMING person. Check-in was a breeze and in no time we were in our room that looked EXACTLY like the pictures! I was shocked that the rate I paid was correct because this hotel looked like it should have cost me WAY MORE! The best part about the room was the bed! I wish there were a way I could have taken the bed home with me. The sheets were soft, the comforter was extrememly fluffy and warm. Amazing beds! Nice Flat-Screen TV. Very nice walk-in Shower! Beautiful view over looking the pool and lake. Nice area, BRAND NEW. We stayed the entire weekend & the beds/room was cleaned both days! The staff was extremely Friendly and helpful. By mistake I left some food out (which could have looked like garbage) but wasn't & it was thrown away; I contacted the front desk and they were quick to replace my meals, free of charge! Very pleasant stay - i'd recommend it to anyone! I wish i could have stayed LONGER!
