Not the usual Hampton Inn
Dificult to find at night,crowded breakfast area,toilet ran all night,no coffee pot. This hotel has had better days.

Sweet 16 was perfect!
I took my daughter and her friend to Jacksonville for the weekend for her 16th birthday. I could not have asked for a more perfect location, room and staff. We felt safe, comfortable and taken care of and plan to stay there again in the future.

Good place to stay
We were there for our sons baseball games. This place suited our needs perfectly. the front desk gave information about a wonderful place to eat dinner.

Not a good stay!
Traveled to Jax to watch some college baseball. [...], who worked the front desk , was so disconnected, unhelpful and rude. I left the room for coffee and forgot my key. Didn't want to wake my husband, so went to front desk to have another key made. Without my knowing, she called him to verify I was his wife. I was SO mad! I would have waited an hour in the lobby had I known she was going to call and wake him up! When I confronted her, she said.. well, you wanted in the room! Clueless. Ugh!B'fast area was terribly dirty. They do not clean during b'fast, only following. Also, the lady who cleans up the area, starts taking down the food at 9:30 am!Our room a/c unit turned off and on, all night. Terrible temp.Pillows too large.I would not stay here again.

weary traveler
Old with small beds with no headboards
The bed was extremely small [...]. The bed had no headboard for support and the room was also tiny. There was supposed to be wifi connection, but when I had trouble signing on the repsonse was, "I can't help you anymore. Everyone else has no problem getting on". I left the room after 15 minutes and checked into my own hotel via my own reservations. [...]
