Clean and Convenient
Stayed overnight traveling to Florida. Easy check-in(reserved on line). Pleasant staff. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was fine.The only problem that we had our room was next to the utility room and was very noisy.

Hampton Inn Jacksonville
The hotel was clean. However, every time I asked for assistance from the front desk on extra towels, extra pillows for the pull out sofa and an umbrella for the table at the pool, they said they did not have any - every time. This was the night desk person. On the other hand breakfast was great. The morning staff was very helpful with business meetings I had and even distributed applications for me. Overall it was not a bad stay. You usually know what you're getting with the Hampton Inn.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very nice. I was sitting in the lobby one night and seen a huge cockroach. There were other people there that also saw it. Then we didnt get any towels or washclothes that morning. We went down to get some and they said they were out. It took awhile, but we got a couple but never got any washclothes.

Disappointed!
was not impressed at all for the money!
Looked better on the website than in person, have stayed in alot nicer hotels for alot less money! Room smelled bad and carpet was dirty,I would not stayed there again!

Perfect for what we needed!
A perfect hotel for our trip. Convenient to several golf courses, easy access to downtown Jacksonville area for diing, etc. Would definitely stay there again! Already planning our next golf getaway!

Fantastic staff
The staff was wonderful. They could not do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. They were so accommodating. We had a family with a small child who were coming in from Va who drove straight to Jacksoville and another family member who flew in on the red eye from California and we asked if the could check in early so they could get some sleep, they said yes, cleaned rooms and had them ready for their arrival. I would highly recommend this hotel.....Excellent staff!!!!!

Could have been better
I stayed at this hotel during the Nastia Liukin Supergirl Cup and the AT&T American Cup. When I arrived at the hotel 15 minutes after check-in, I was forced to wait another 45 minutes for housekeeping to be done cleaning my room. Then, when I returned from the event that night, the internet was not working until 1:30 in the morning so I was unable to complete any of the work that I had to do for school that weekend. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, but overall I was disappointed that I spent the amount of money I did to have to wait for check in and have no internet.

Loving Couple
Valentine's Getaway
Great downtown location. Room was perfect, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly. First time to Jacksonville and EVERYTIME we return it will be to the Hampton Inn.
