poor
the staff was rude and obnoxious. Valet parking was a big joke, car was never there when i called for it. House keepers were very loud early in the morning in the hallways. Fllor in bathroom was dirty when I got there and never cleaed once in the 5 das I stayed. The retaurant had poorservice and the food was average and over priced.

convenient to airport and beaches
Overall the hotel was fine. Parking is at a premium unless you use valet parking which is more costly or unless you want to park in an covered parking area whicj seems scary at night. Friendly staff.

Another Great Stay
I was here on business, attending a conference. I stay at the Crowne Plaza every year to avoid the high cost of the neighboring Westin Diplomat. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and it has a very nice pool on the intracoastal waterway. Everyone is more than happy to accomodate any/all needs you might have.

Check out the Hollywood trolley. Take it to the boardwalk in the northern part of Hollywood. The trolley is a dollar to ride, and saves you fighting traffic. The boardwalk is a neat place, featuring shops, restaurants, and live music most nights.

EXCELLENT GETAWAY FOR RELAXATION!
Perfect for getaway and relaxation! When I drove up to the hotel I was greated by valet who said, "Welcome home"! Wow that was awesome and I was so tired from the days travel. They valet staff was very professional and personable and kind. The "Self-parking" is $15 per day but to me that is worth it - great value for all they provide.e front desk staff was awesome. If it weren't for them I wouldn't have found my way there in the first place. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, professional = great customer service throughout my 4 day stay. The room was fantastic! the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. It was quiet in the room, no slamming doors, no voices from other rooms. The kitchen area was nice...refrig was of good size..I was able to keep plenty of drinks and snack food for in between meals. Room service was great - timely and well prepared. TV and channel selection was great - no issues. The bed was absolutely wonderfull - very comfortable, plush and good sleep. The outside atmosphere was extrodinary! Although you are not on the beach, you sure felt like it! The inter-coastal water is a nice view while at the pool. Very spacious for all guests to enjoy. The hotel provides beach towels while you are at the pool! The jacuzzi is nice as well. The Tiki Bar is fantastic with great staff - very personalable, friendly and recommended great things to try. The Tiki bar serves food from the restaurant too - it was enjoyable - expensive but good! There are plenty of places around the hotel to visit for other dining options - however, you will need transportation. There is a 7-11 literally around the corner...easy walking, not but 2-3 minutes from hotel front door. The fitness room was nice - I was able to workout each day I was there - not crowded...has a little of everything w/cold water and towels. If you enjoy coffee every morning, there is a coffee shop downstiars by front desk that serves Starbucks brewed coffee, however, just buy some filters for your room and you can brew your own - greater value! This was my first stay and I know exactly where I'm going when I come back to FL! I promise you will enjoy your stay!

Good location and a nice place to visit!
The hotel was very nice, great staff and people very friendly. Wonderful location one block off beach, and an easy walk. Very clean, fantastic pool(heated) and large hot tub pool. The hotel resides in a nice neighborhood, and traveling alone that is something to consider, not far from the airport. The hotel resturant is pricey, and I don't like the add on cost of parking your car there,$15.00 if you park yourself or $18.00 if you valet park, and thats for a day, for a week it adds up, and they had enough parking for the entire hotel, if your parking yourself you shouldn't have to pay at all, something to consider. All in all I would stay there again!

Comfortable and relaxing time!
This was my first trip ever by myself, it was a whole vacation package. From the moment that you get to the hotel you are greeted by a very nice valet person who instructs what you need to do. From there, you go inside and check in and they explain everything. About 2 weeks before this, I asked to see if I could get a room facing the inter coastal or the beach, but they couldn't directly do that unless you paid extra. However, they did put a note in my reservation that I would like something very high up and facing the water...they did just that! Not only could I see the beach from my balcony, but also see the pool side along with the inter coastal...such a nice thing for them to actually follow through. I was there for about 7 days and with each day, with ordering room service, speaking with the employees, and doing the activities at the hotel; it was the best time I've had! Unfortunately, I was sick for most of my vacation, but the room at the hotel was great nonetheless. The room was huge, clean, and organized. There were enough towels for a single person along with all the amenities that you could have, such as microwave, refrigerator, nice closet space and of course a big ol' comfy bed! It was a great time and I would definitely go with it again. The only thing I didn't count on was the $300 incidentals they hold on your card for any hotel expenses you incur. But they send you the difference supposedly in like 3 days after you check out back to your card. Oh and the tiki bar was fun too :) All in all, I would highly suggest this hotel to anyone because it was great...definitely if I go back to that area, I'll be staying there because you can't beat the price for what you get. Too bad I couldn't link to a video I took of the room for a friend of mine, because it definitely highlights these things from a new travelers perspective.

Nice place to relax and getaway
I relaxed, and went to the beach. The Hollywood boardwalk is two miles away which I walked. The pool was clean and not that many children when I was there (11/19-21). I wish I could have stayed longer because the room was nice and big with a small balcony. There was a mini kitchen with microwave and refridge. Only down side was not too many places to eat unless you had a car. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will stay there again for some R & R.
