Crowne Plaza Hotel Hollywood Beach Resort

While we were there we ate at the restaurant where [...] our waitress was very personable. She was helpful with our food choices and also recommending places to visit. All the staff at this hotel was wonderful and very helpful. We made full use of the pool and lounge chairs for a very relaxing get away. The hotel is located right on the intercoastal waterway and directly across the street from the beach. We went swimming one day and had lunch at the beach. We had a rental car so we took a drive to Key West and spent the day there. It was a lot of fun. Although the drive was 3 1/2 hours, it was worth it. There is lots of things to see and do at this location. We visited the Butterfly Consortium and that was exquisite. We also visited the Museum of Science which is small and under renovation but still nice. We went to the Casino with Off Track Betting and just visited the shops and had dinner at III Forks restaurant which was the best meal I have ever eaten. The steak was to die for and the service was the best.

This was my first time to Hollywood Florida and my first time staying at the Crowne Plaza hotel. The location was absolutely great! The ocean is only across the street and walking there can be done in less than 3 minutes. The inter-coastal waterway is directly behind the hotel and provides some great views of boats and yachts passing by. The hotel pool and hot tub is in a class of it's own! So very relaxing and clean! The rooms were very clean and modern. The only negative I found was a Valet that accidentally brought me the wrong car and then tried blaming it on me for his mistake. Needless to say I went from valet parking to parking the car myself. I would definitely go back and stay at the Crowne Plaza in Hollywood Florida.

This trip was a last minute deal and it was perfect! The hotel staff was wonderful! Valet staff was polite and extra helpful at all times! The room was neat, very clean and comfortable! Awesome, awesome pool! We spent most of our time in the pool and by the Tiki Bar which was great. The Elements Bistro was surprisingly wonderful! It is also a convenient location, about 15 minutes from South Beach where we spent most of our nights! All in all I would definitely go again!

Room was large and very comfy. Bed and pillows were lush. Hotel is not right on the ocean, you have to cross a 4 lane and about 1 1/2 block walk. Not too bad. Our view off our balony was of the parking lot, with limited sideways view of the ocean and costal waterway. Nice pool area. Staff was very friendly.

We had an amazing time in Florida. Even though we checked in past midnight, the staff was super friendly and professional. Valet parking was perfect for the first night and they allowed me to change to self parking after that. Our room was on the 8th floor with outstanding views, great balcony, comfortable beds, beautiful bath, awesome layout of the room, very clean. The pool is marvellous, the short walk to 7-11 and the beach was perfect. Overall, it couldn't have been any better, we are very pleased and look forward to staying there again.

Very nice hotel, wonderful furnishings, nice pool with outdoor tiki bar. Felt the location of the hotel to Hollywood Beach was slightly misrepresented through the advertising as the hotel is actually located at Hallandale Beach. It was a little upsetting but all in all we had a great stay.

Very nice room and great pool and fitness center. Everything is ala carte so be prepared to drop some change. Very clean and quiet. Room had mini frig and Microwave which came in handy. had o pay for parking:( Great dining on site but pricey....plenty of choices nearby.

The staff was very freindly and helpful. the pool are is great. we spent most of the time at the pool.
