Hotel was decent,but in a bad part of town. We would not stay there again.

great location and great price
Staff very friendly and helpfull The breakfast was very good. tThere was someone always filling up the food bar if something was missing. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were quiet,peacefull

Not recommending the suites
Nice set up, but issues
When we go there, it advertise that there were two TVs in the suite, which we only got a room with one TV. We asked the front desk that we wanted the room with 2 TV and they moved us. The room that they moved us into, the AC unit broke in the middle of the night. When you shut the door to the room and the living area, the living area got really hot. On the website, it stated pets were ok, but when we got there, there was a big pet fine if you brought your pet. We did not bring a pet, but was thinking about it.

Not the greatest ... even for a good price
I chose this hotel at a time when hotels were a premium due to several college football bowl games and an NFL playoff game. The reviews were average to above and price seemed reasonable so I chose it. Warning! Not close to anything unless you have a rental car and can navigate well. The location is located fairly in the middle between Miami and Ft Lauderdale but you should be good at reading maps of have a GPS to get around because the street/route #'s could be confusing between the numbered avenues and streets distinguished by additional location designations like NW, W NE, etc. If you use 20th Ave NW instead of 20th st W in your GPS, you will end up miles away and maybe in a very bad location. And you won't feel that safe parking your rental car on the very poorly lit lot. Slow elevators (If both are working). The front staff gets kudos for a local restaurant suggestion, but that was outweighed by the cleaning staff who barely knocked before barging in as early as 8:00 am and one time at 7:45 PM while my daughter was exiting the shower. Still haven't figured out why at 7:45 PM??? Someone at the game asked where we were staying and when told, they gave us a funny look and stated don't leave the hotel area on foot at night. Cont breakfast was mediocre at best. No complaints about the furniture, TV, desk, WiFi, fridge, safe, etc.

the holdiay inn atomspere was great!! the staff was friendly and helpful!! everyone seemed to love working there!!! i will stay again!!
