Bad two night stay
Beds too hard. Breakfast not replenished often enough for amount of customers. Tables not bussed and cleaned promptly. Some customers had to clean their own tables in order to use table.

NOT as cheap as it could have been!!!
To Start off, I booked this hotel online, and after arriving, the Front Desk informed us that we could have got the room CHEAPER 80b a night, if we had known about the SHANDS Hospital Discount, which was where we were going... But since I had booked it online, they couldn't change it for the Discount, UMM OK??? REALLY? I normally stay at the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, and they always change me to discount rates if available... The Hotel was Average and Clean, only other problem was the rooms Sofabed... It didn't have any linens on it, or pillows and there were none stored in the rooms closet, had to track the staff down to get that... So, GOOD LUCK, Next customer...

Great Stay.Very clean. Breakfast was tasty and convenient. Staff was very helpful. Close to Shand's hospital. I would recommend this hotel.

nice and clean
it was easy to find- near lots of restaurants for evening entertainment- and the breakfast was okay- would have wanted some protein like eggs -mostly sweet choices.

Great stay
The hotel is very nice and new; everyone was friendly. The only issue is that I had I sent out laundry that was supposed to be overnight. It neither went out nor was I told until I asked to pick it up. Then when I was checking out they had charged me! It took about 15 minutes but they did sort it out.

Travelin' Mom
Our 3rd Stay and we WILL Go back!
When we are in the Gainesville area, we always stay at this hotel after trying many others that just don't measure up. The suites are clean and well decorated. Even the sofa bed is comfy! The breakfast buffet has good hours and a nice selection of foods. The staff is incredibly friendly! The only downfall to this hotel are the paper thin walls. We could hear the person in the next room snoring all night long.
