Nice package but poor content
I am a frequent traveller to this town and decided to try this relatively new hotel. The hotel looks good and so do the rooms which are quite nice. However my stay cannot be described as nice, due to the human factor of the hotel. For example, I received no housekeeping which hasnt happen to me in many years. They offered to take $10 off my bill (the hotel is too pricey to begin with), but then said they couldnt (well, they could have taken out a $10 bill, but didnt). They offered me a better rate next time. There will be no next time at this place. Also, I was expecting an important package and despite getting a delivery confirmation the hotel staff could not locate the package. I went twice to ask about it and there was hardly any effort to look for it.....until it was too late and they called me on my way overseas! They had misplaced it. The hotel itself is quite nice but the staff needs to be replaced or retrained.

New to Gainesville
Nice Place
This hotel was pretty awesome. We got to Gainesville a little early, and the hotel manager allowed us to check in prior to the check in time. When I first got to the room I was unhappy with the smell (the room had just been cleaned and the bleach smell was overpowering). I told the front desk about it and they immediately moved us to a different room (upgrade at no charge). The bed was comfortable enough and the room had all the amenities one would expect from a hotel. The only issue I had was the cleaning crew forgot to empty out the coffee maker so there were old grounds left in there. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous, much more than I expected. Overall I would have to say this was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Hotel!
Located one block off the Interstate, this new and very clean inside-entry hotel was outstanding. They allowed early check-in and offered free popcorn and cookies at check-in. Rooms were well setup with microwave and refrigerator. Good hot water and a good cold AC down to 60 degrees. At breakfast they provided a full hot meal-free. Many top restaurants, a Publix foodstore, a Target and B arnes and Noble in the neighborhood. This is a definite stay for Florida football games!!

Great location
The hotel was very very clean, the breakfast was great too... we booked the room because we had to go to shands. The hotel is about 4 miles from the hospital...

Wonderful Place to stay
Staff was friendly and helpful. When we needed to check in early they were very happy to help us. Fresh chocolate chip cookies were GREAT! Contenential breakfast was just right and great.
