Convenient access off I-75 Exit 382 with drive up rooms. Hotel offers continental breakfast with great friendly service. Only minutes drive to Shands Hospital, University Florida, and a lot of natural springs for diving. All rooms offer microwave and refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, free wireless high-speed Internet and cable television. This is a pet-friendly hotel. Pet policy, 10.00 per pet, per night. Limit two pets per room, pet must not exceed 30 pounds.

Family

While in Gainesville we attended the graduation of our oldest granddaughter from the University of Florida. Motel was clean & personnel friendly. Good location. Would recommend it the motel and stay again myself.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Would love to ate at the 43rd diner Sunday morning but they had standing room only so we opted to go else where. Hope to return to Gainesville and make it a special point to get there earlier.

Rude, unacommodating service!!!

Front desk clerk very rude. There for a college football game but we are not college students and act like adults. Our room was called at 1130 as we were watching a Friday night game, talking in regular voices and we got a very rude call from desk to be quiet or we would be kicked out! I calmy went to talk with front desk and he told me he would call the police! He did not even want to acknowledge I was trying to speak with him and completley ignored me. Also, we put the do not clean room sign out and when we returned from the game they had indeed been in the room. The next morning I was awakened at 930 to my door being OPENED by room service!!! The latch stopped them from fully opening the door but checkout was at 11!!! Never have I been treated so bad at a hotel. My suggestion, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
