Decent extend stay hotel
I´ve been here many times. Its an average decent extended stay hotel. I realy like being able to cook for myself and there is a great supermarket and other stores very close by. TVs in the rooms are however really small and outdated (tubes), a dishwasher would be a real plus. The beds are really hard, but all in all its a decent place for its price. This last trip the price was outrageously high due to the Gator game.

Nice Place!
Room and neighbors were quiet and peaceful. ESA employees were very helpful. The room was a smaller room than what I've stayed in with ESA's before, but it was fine. I slept good and appreciated the privacy.

The Maids Need Help!
The front desk service was fine. The carpet in the room was filthy - my socks were BLACK after walking around. Also the kitchen dishes and glasses did not appear to be clean. The bathroom also needed more attention.

Friendly hotel staff...
Wonderfully friendly staff! It was an "upgraded 2 star" so it was ok...not happy with the cost due to an event weekend (football game)

Reasonably Priced
Had a great experience here. Not all the Amenities found at other hotel chains. No Pool or Fitness center. No problems at check in or check out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Close to Dining, Shopping, University and both the VA Hospital and Clinic. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Gainesville.

Good price - decent room
The place was nice enough for the price. Having a small kitchen complete with 19 cu ft refrigerator comes in handy.I was dissapointed with the additional $25 pet fee we had to pay directly to the motel. [...]
