Clean, Nicely decorated, Friendly Staff
We stayed on a busy weekend in Gainesville when new students were arriving, so the hotel was busy but the lobby and pool area remained clean. Our room was very nice, comfortable but all at a good price.

Ate at Cody's Roadhouse, service was slow...maybe because they were busy, the steaks were not good. I think this is a good place for wings (ours were delicious), hamburgers and appetizers but not steaks/ribs. Decor was fun.

Great location; great price!
We have stayed here several times now while visiting our son at the University of Florida. The location is great, room is spacious and very clean, and complimentary breakfast is excellent. This will be our hotel choice for every trip to Gainesville!

Nice place to stay
We went to move our daughter to Gainesville to start University .Was pleasantly surprised by the rooms and the breakfast.The rooms were clean and well kept, and breakfast was great as they had a great variety of foods . The hotel was also near the highway so easy to get around.

Love this hotel
This is the best. It's right off of I-75 so it's convenient to everything. We always stay here and find it always perfect. Comfy beds and clean rooms -I like the magnifying mirror in the bathroom for putting my contacts in. Each room has a frig and microwave. Bathrooms are nice size. Continental breakfast is good. A lot of the hotels in Gainesville are old, even they've been remodeled. I prefer the newness and niceness of Country Inn.

Visit to University of Florida
Excellent hotel all around with one big exception: The room A/C was VERY noisy.
