Great location, great price.

This is one of very few resorts that can still use their professional photos in their listings. Rooms and resort areas are clean, location is directly on the beach, free parking and free WiFi. You can only get all these things at a reasonable price at this resort. We booked a beach front room, it comes with a wrap around screened balcony, makes it fun sitting outside even in summer! The master bedroom has a huge hot tub bath/shower. Swimming Pool sparkling clean, pleasure to swim in anytime of day. Will visit this location again and highly recommended. Enjoyed the trip !

great beach vacation

We stayed in the two bedroom beachfront and it was beautiful, very roomy and clean with all comforts of home. Beach was beautiful, however the hotel is set bavk from the beach a ways. We rented a cabana for the week but the hotel has chairs that people have left behind if you don't want the expense. pool was clean and beautiful but was not oceanfront. Point Estero was an excellent off season value. We would definitely stay here again

Pleasant Surprise

Easy to get to (if you take I75 South from the airport and turn off at Bonita Beach). Friendly, competent staff. Two elevators serving all floors. Generous, comfortable, gorgeous rooms, each with sizable screened balconies with good views of the beach and every amenity one would want - full kitchen, dishwasher, fridge (with ice maker), stove, nuker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, dishes & silverware. Clothes washer & dryer. Televisions in three rooms. Free coffee in the lobby after 8:15AM, paper at your door each morning. Wide, flat, soft sand beach. Two bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Pleasant, heated pool. Available computer and printer to get boarding passes. We'll be back!

Time-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Talk to the staff before driving anywhere. Avoid driving through Times Square (Ft. Myers Beach) at midday and afternoon on nice days. Use the trolleys - $.50 per person per ride - to get to Times Square.

Perfect March get-away.

For four adults, this beachfront condo was perfect. We had lots of space and the full kitchen and washer/dryer was perfect for us as well as the 2 large screened in balconies. Lots of good restaurants nearby especially the Fish House, Pinchers Tiki Bar and Skye's in Santini Plaza.

Time-saving tip: Not Applicable

Rent bikes to get around. Biking on the beach near the water was better than on the streets/sidewalks. We were 4 miles from the action in Times Square so we biked down there and back instead of driving.

The only downfall was the traffic on the north end, but then again, that's to be expected in the winter months.

Family retreat

The Point Estero was exactly the place my family and I were looking for to get out of the Chicago winter weather! The rooms are large enough for our family of five to spread out and relax. The kitchen and Weber grills poolside came in handy for when the kids needed a snack from swimming. The beach was right there and we were not crowded like the northern part of the island.
