Location Location Location older hotel but ok for comfort but view from balcony great food very good staff cool now it is loud because it's a party place with bars and entertainment but if you are young or young at heart you will enjoy RBEHOKIE

Do to the reviews out there we were pleasantly surprised. The food upstairs overlooking the ocean and outside was great. The shops and small little quaint places to eat were very reasonable in price. Acttivties are for the younger at heart ( live bands all day, activities, and live bands at night on the weekends.

Lani Kai
It was a wonderful location! You would love to be there!! On the beach, waves and sun. Bad news through no heat in the pool, stuck right by the playground , we were two adults. No wifi.

I like this place but I know what to expect...
...it's the only hotel ON THE BEACH with any type of social activity. Rooms are tile, they are adequate, but the view is great, staff is great and again roof dining/activities, downstairs out doors bar with band, etc... is why you stay here. OR, why you DON'T stay here if you're looking for quiet solitude.

not for families
I,ve never had a bad experience booking ,until now. This place was so loud with the bands and dj's keeping us up until very late. Not a very restful vacation. If you wanted to lay on the beach, get your wallet out, no chairs or anything provided by the overpriced hotel that wasn,t worth halve the price, and certainly not for anyone over 40. . We'll never book there again! We,re very dissapointed.

Lani Kai needs some help
Earned every one of the Two Stars. But it depends on what you are looking for. It's located right on the beach (and it's a beautiful beach). Lots of activities for the young (18 to 25) Love the music. The beds were comfortable, TV, small fridge. But everything is dated especially the bathroom. The beds were made every day and clean towels but the floor wasn't swept or vaccumed. I've stayed there bafore and would probably stay again.

Parrot Bay. Right over the bridge. Be prepaired to wait a while. Meals from $12 to $29. 3 different rooms(Entertainment, Bar & Dockside) The enter- tainment was great the night we were there. 2. Lani Kai. Breakfast special $2.95. Different buffet every night $9. plus regular menu. Overlooking the Gulf.
