Watch for Hidden Fees
Hotel was great, staff super nice but 12.00 to self park and 15 resort fee on top of the costs was too much. I hate the additional fees. You never know the full price

Hidden Fees
Nice people, good service and nice view but note the hidden fees for parking and using the pools at over 28.00 per day. I didn't plan for that and it was not mentioned on my Booking

Relaxing beach trip
We had a great experience at the Sanibel Harbour Marriot REsort. They upgraded us to a water view room at no charge when we checked in. It was such a beautiful view from the balcony - we could even see the sun set from bed! The pool was phenomenal and we had a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay with them again.

Boring family getaway
We were bored... At the Hotel, there is not much to do for the family with kids. There is no beach right at the hotel, and the local beaches are infested with lice, beach flees, and etc. We experienced strong odor coming from the ocean, and lots of mosquito in the evening by the pool. When we walked in to our room, the linen was changed, however the bathroom was still dirty.

Perfect 4 night getaway
I booked this hotel because it looked nice on line and was pretty close to Captiva, where my sister got married. (My sister's wedding was the reason for our vacation). The food and drink prices was a little on the high side but we didn't mind too much because it was just me and my husband. The location and views of the harbour were great!

Money-saving tip:
Short drive from hotel
If you like to drink take about a mile drive up the street to the "Publix" grocery store and buy your own beer along with a cooler to put in your room. Doing this will save on your bar bill:)

GREAT TIME=GREAT PLACE TO STAY
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I do wish they did have vending machines instead of having the purchase any item from the small gift shop/market. If later in the evening I wanted something to drink....nope did not get it. Hotel was comfortable, the maid-service was absolutely awesome. Good time and good place to stay.

A long weekend in order to chill out
The only fault we could find (not even a fault for some) is that the hotel is not on a beach. Apart from that it was close to perfect. Our room (no extra was paid) was on 8th floor with west view (think sunsets!) and overlooking the larger of the two pools. One delight was being up with the osprey who were numerous and enjoying flying on the thermals. The spa was particularly enjoyable with low lights and sweet smells and a special mention must go to the staff who were all they should be without being obsequious in any way. We'll go back!
