Don't ask I cannot tell
If you did not book direct from the hotel ,you will not be able to get any question answer not even the simple ones,housekeeper re very good that much I can say.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I wasn't able to stay a extra day. I would have to check out at 11am and check in again at 3pm. No extension. I wasnt able to make any changes. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, the front desk clerk told me that there is no supervisor. Then she said the supervisor doesn't come in. And yet again she told me the supervisor comes in at 12pm. She stated that she didn't have a number to reach him. She claimed that it was her first day. Yet she was alone. Had no guidance or anyone training her. 'I'll never book again. Keep your 5% off.

scary
i was just at this HJ April 14-19. The pool area is very dirty, the area where located was the only good thing about this place. Maid service was good. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Quick one day thing
Keys would not work two days in a row. Front office notified. Problem was fixed each time

Not what I expected!
The hotel was older, but the real issue was the smell of the room and that the AC did not work so well. I only spent one of my two nights there; I went and found another hotel to stay at.

Motel for the money
You get what you paid for. Cheapest hotel in the area. Its descent. I stay there all the time to save money.

No Fuss, But Practical & Reasonable
The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, but generic. Good for the business traveler who only need a bed to sleep in or for a family on a budget. However, for a great escape weekend, it's not quite the right venue. Thank goodness, this was a business trip for me on this occasion. I would really rate the hotel a 2.5, but tha option was not available.

Mel's Diner across the road was good for homecooked food and reasonably priced. The wait staff was friendly and the food came out piping hot. The Bloody Mary was the best!
