Excellent Hotel and Location
This is the second year we have stayed at this hotel, which is because we were so happy with their service and location. Situated in a great, newer shopping center, it provided all of the conveniences one could want. Major restaurants and retailers are at this location within walking distance. In addition, we enjoyed walking around the center for exercise each morning. Rooms are clean and well appointed. If there was anything we would have liked, it was better soundproofing between rooms. There was a girls softball team staying there also, and they were noisy at times.

Convenient to airport, shopping & dining
This new Courtyard was chosen because it was near the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I thought that a complimentary breakfast was provided but only a $9.95 breakfast buffet was available. The people at the desk were helpful in steering us to dinner and breakfast dining. Luckily, we had a rental car because it would have been too far to walk.

Aside from the large area for shopping and dining at the Gulf Coast Town Center, the hotel was close to the airport and provided a shuttle service.

very comfortable beds & great location
The room was very comfortable, good size, with a desk, a sofa bed and a very comfortable king bed. It is located very close to FGCU, making it ideal for college visits. There is even a shuttle that will take you to the school.
