STILL WAITING
Overall good experience, a problem was presented to your front desk staff, and the issue was never taken care of. My bathroom sink drained very slowly, which I had an full sink of water for hours, and the water was shut off in the hotel for more than 2 hours.

Weekend getaway
Great hotel with great service. The room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The only bad thing was that you had to pay $10 a day for parking. The parking lot was never full, in fact most times it wasn't even 3/4 full. I don't really see why you would have to pay that much to park 200 feet from the hotel. Regardless, the staff was very friendly and eager to show me on a map the best places to go at the beach.

"Fantastic, Clean, Friendly Hotel!!!!!!"
My stay at the Westin was very nice. I traveled with my husband to Florida for out 6th wedding anniversary:O) The hotel was very clean, it seemed to me that the hotel was recently updated and very well cared for by the cleaning staff. The front desk staff including the concierge was very, very friendly and helpful with finding late nite food and travel into South Beach they even printed out map quest for me:O) If i ever travel to Ft Lauterdale in the future the Westin would be one of my first choices. I give this hotel an A+, i travel out of town and stay at hotels often.

Sweet Stay
We were in town for my baby cousins wedding and had a lot of family to visit at the same time. The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff was great. There was a little issue but Aaron at the front desk was very helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Clean,spacious,and helpful amenities
Our trip was mainly to visit my ill father in the city of Miramar. The hotel was located too far north to travel on a daily basis. The room was nice and clean but it could have been cooler,the air conditioner by the Television area was not working and we found ourselves getting closer to the bedside area in order to keep cool. A small refrigerator would have been nice to keep our water cold. However, we enjoyed our stay and will be repeating a trip in the near future

The restaurant was closed the evening we arrived. We ordered our meal from hotel lounge area. Our meal was excellent. We were so glad,.. We were tired from a long air flight and the tasty meal soothed our tired bodies.

Nice quite place to stay with great pool
We stayed here for 3 days. In all the experience was pleasant. Quite atmosphere, clean rooms and great pool are the positive points about this hotel. Staff was friendly. We did not had microwave in room which I think is a basic necessity if someone is staying for more than a day.

Very Accomodating
Westin was very clean and the rooms were a nice size for a couple. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. We did have a problem with very noisy neighbors, and they moved us to another floor with out a problem. We did have a refrigerator in the room, only found it by accident in the furniture. It would have been nice to know it was available for use the first few days. Resturant was closed so we had to go out of the hotel, unless we wanted room service. Room service was a bit pricey.

Ridiculous mom
Nice Hotel for families
We were in Fort Lauderdale for a Wedding where activities were surrounding the other Westin on the beach. Unfortunately, I didn't realize there are 2 Westins in Fort Lauderdale and booked at this one by mistake. Initially, I was upset that Orbitz couldn't help us change hotels. However, we ended up really enjoying the hotel. The service was fabulous, the pool was perfect for our kids, and cleaning service was happy to come at a moments notice. The concierge helped us get a great deal on a car rental. From the other Westin location, we wouldn't have needed one. Overall, my mistake worked out just fine.

Great hotel for the price
I liked the hotel very much. Clean, quiet and courteous staff. Room service is impeccable so is the food and very elegant/spacious room. I would definitely stay there again.
