Hotel /Time Share was a great place

The hotel/time share was a very nice place to stay. It was located right on the beach, with a room balcony that overlooked the ocean. Rooms were kept clean. Kitchenette was nice to have. Receptionists were very friendly & eager to help you. It was also located right on the strip where there were shops & lots of restaurants. We rented a car & didn't even have to use it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Time sharing, not an Hotel !

Hard to find the lobby, reception on the 4th floor thru the garage, no ocean view room as espected, cleaning only after the second day when they realized that we were not time sharing customers. No help to carry our luggage. Late check out out of any question.

GOOD PRICE BUT POOR HOTEL

THE PRICE FOR THIS HOTEL WAS GOOD AND THE LOCATION WAS GREAT BUT FIRST OF ALL THIS IS A TIME SHARE BUILDING NOT A HOTEL. YOU CHECK IN AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK OUT IS AT 10:00 AM NO EXCEPTIONS. THEY DO NOT HONOR MARRIOTT REWARDS MEMBERS WITH LATE CHECKOUT AND DO NOT CARE. ALSO I HAD 2 DIFFERENT ROOMS AND BOTH HAD BAD SMELLS IN THE SHOWER AREA. THERE IS ALSO NO PLACE THAT HAS BREAKFAST EXCEPT FOR A SHOP IN THE LOBBY WHICH CHARGES OUTRAGES PRICES FOR NOTHING. ALSO WHEN YOU CHECK IN THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU GET FREE PARKING...NOT TRUE. OVERALL I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY.

NO PLACES DIRECTLY IN HOTEL BUT THERE ARE PLACES IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING BUT THEY CLOSE AT 10 PM SO IF YOU GET IN LATE STOP ELSEWHERE.

Great way to end our cruise vacation

We stayed here the day/night we got back from our cruise.They were wonderful!We were hours early for check-in, but they held our bags while we went exploring and called us a half hour later to let us know they had our room ready.We were settled in our villa by 11:30am.They have a computer in the activities room where you can print out your boarding pass for free for your airline.There is a pizza place, ice cream, and a drugstore in the immidiate vicinity, all of which we took advantage of.The rooms are immaculate and the staff is wonderful!We'd love to stay here again.

Fantastic Hotel, Great Price

Great Hotel , right on the beach, lots of pubs and eaterys close by. Shopping was great, Silver jewelry reduced to great prices. Excellent pool and staff were very friendly. The room was spotless, large with balcony, included frig, microwave dishes, awesome price. One downfall, check in is not til 4Pm which is a pain when you arrive by air at 10am Recommend to all, Fabulous!

Very short walk to Italian, it is called a little taste of Italy, excellent, other Italian restaraunts aren't that great and are overpriced. Lots of great pubs, in short walking distance for 2 for 1 Margarita's

Great Time in Lauderdale

Excellent time. Beautiful property very close to a lot of great bars/restaurants. Little hard to navigate up to lobby as you have to drive up through the parking garage to the 4th floor. Staff was super great view of downtown Ft Lauderdale. Would most certainly stay again.
